Spent 45 minutes browsing, had probably 15 things to try on. D'oh! Fitting rooms are permanently closed. I'm sure this is a "why we can't have nice things situation" but let people know when they come in! There is no signage on the front doors, nothing on the sales floor until you are at the actual fitting room. Returns are store credit only. I wasted almost an hour and left with nothing. Absurd. I was here today for the first time and was super disappointed... though if I've learned anything from going to a ton of goodwill's in the Boulder/Denver area, if you have an uneventful trip to a Goodwill one day, you'll certainly have a fruitful trip by at least within the next couple times you're there! I was just bummed how the home decor section was sooo small compared to the rest of the store, but at least I was able to bring home one item- this beautiful bottle I found! read more

Careful at this Goodwill a lot of times their stuff does not have tags on it and if you have to get a manager to price something out for you make sure that you get them to put a price tag on it otherwise you will not be able to return it. Pretty upset with the drop off employees. I went over to take 3 bags worth of clothes to donations and while pulling up all the man told me was " what time do you have?" Didn't start with a hello, or How can i help you? After telling him the time which was 1:58, all he did was point at the sign, the sign said drop off from 10-2. It literally takes under a minute to hand them a few bags of clothes and leave. From what the sign said, i still had two minutes to drop my clothes off which would have been plenty because i didn't need a receipt. If a customer pulls up with donations to try and help the community and the store, you should never turn someone away to do so. read more

I adore this store!! It's clean friendly staff and tons of prime clothing and wall art . I was helped by a purple -blue haired lady named Kelly keeley? She helped me pick the perfect dress for my anniversary dinner, so rare to find helpful caring folks!! she's a gem give her a raise !! I drop stuff off here all the time. Love that I don't have to go inside to drop off donations. As everyone else as mentioned very low selection for a big store. I was able to get some great Halloween costumes for my young relatives, but most of my association with Goodwill is dropping off items. Huge parking lot and close to I-25 read more

I really love this location. I use the drop off a lot when I have stuff to donate. It is open every day of the week when the store is open. It is quick and convenient with a drive thru lane. The guy comes out as soon as he sees your vehicle. You can ask for a receipt as well. I like to browse the store on half off Saturdays, which usually is every other Saturday. The clothes are always marked by size and not by color, which is great. I don't get why some thrift shops do it by color. Another thing exceptional here is the clerks are some of friendliest folks I have ever met. All in all a great place. You can donate and make a difference, and purchase and make a difference. I never used to imagine there would be a day where I would even go to a thrift store let alone rant and rave about one but, it is nice that they are springing up everywhere and now seems they are more the norm with how expensive everything is. They take cash, check, charge. They have dressing rooms. They have great sales. We got a brand new (kid you not, it was still in the original box and plastic) mini cam corder with all the accessories for $40 not to mention all the clothes we have bought from this place. I was over the moon when I discovered this Goodwill only blocks away from home. I've stopped on 5-6 occasions since, each time with the same experience as others have previously mentioned. Very picked over, low inventory, nothing to get excited about. However, the employees are incredibly helpful and pleasant. The store isn't filthy and disheveled as many unfortunately are. When It comes to Donating, DON"T. They lied to me three times, about dropping off donated things. I drove a half hour to give them said Donation's, "Called before I left to make sure they were accepting" only to be denied at the drop off station. Called right after, their excuse due to weather, might reopen. I took it with a grain of salt. Hung around town for an hour. Called them again to check. Another lie, "We're not accepting donation's at this time. Seriously! They could have told me that before I left my home, and wasted so much of my gas for nothing! read more

I used to go to this store and now it has moved to 104th & Washington next to King Sooper's. The new store has a far better manager and crew but Goodwill itself is horrible. 1. they throw away far moree than they put out. 2 They advertise on the GW radio announcements to come to GW to buy a computer. Yet not once in any GW in Denver area have I seen any computer or computer electronics for sale. 3 None of the stores carry magazines. I asked the mgr at the old store and was told we put them in the employee lunchroom. 3. When was the last time you saw a tv set in a GW? Yet go to Mile High Thrift and they have dozens of tv's. Same with microwaves. 4. They get brand new items given to them by retailers & yet the case is either empty of full of costume jewelery or purses? What? 5. At the new store the shoes are displayed on top of racks not by size etc just scattered. Why not group by size on shelves? 6. Way overpriced on DVD & CD! $2.99 for a used CD? When was the last time you bought a CD? So in a week or so they will toss them. I spent 50+ yrs in retail mgt and insttead of tossing in the trash and getting zero why not price them at .99 cents and sell most of them? read more

I love this Goodwill location. I won't say that any of them are super clean or anything as they are a store with used stuff...but this is a decent one. And anytime there are sales, it is not picked over. The Longmont store is always really picked over. I wish they would stick a Goodwill in Brighton, but this one works for now. I have gone on 50% off days, 99 cent jean days, etc and have still walked away with a ton of stuff for like $20-30. I always find a ton of name brand clothes for my daughter too! That is about the only thing I buy at the goodwill. From time to time I find some toys, and then kids clothes. They just grow through them so quickly. read more

I would put this in the lower level of Goodwill's in the Denver area. It is highly picked over and the selection small for a Goodwill. They do tend to have great sunglasses and stuff in the glass cases though. read more
