I would rather order from somewhere else because of the customer service. I was warmly greeted by the 2 ladies at the register ...I thought " ok this is a good sign " While my resell items were being checked in I walked around to check out the quality and prices. I was overwhelmed by both the quality and prices. There were no old faded looking clothes nor clothes that needed a clothes shaver . The new items were current. I could tell that this store has gone above and beyond in offering wonderful clothes and items that can be used way beyond infant years !! My resell transaction was handled in a personal but professional manner - no low ball offers !! I look forward to my next transaction with this store !!! I was one of the lucky ones to be able to sell stuff because I showed up at the store right when it opened, and already there was a line for selling before the doors opened. The process is very straight forward for drop off and that was convenient. But when I came to pick up my items they didn't take and also see what they did want, that was a disappointment to me. They offered me some cash which was lackluster, considering the time I took to organize the items for easy sorting. What frosts me the most was that the lady ringing me out didn't even show me what they decided to buy from me!!! The manager was leaving who had done the sorting and just delegated the task of checking me to her and she hadn't a clue what was picked to buy. I brought in a bag full of shoes and 2 boxes of clothes... when I got my unwanted items back all but 4 pairs of shoes were left in the bag so they took most of those from what I could tell, but the clothes in the boxes were scattered and unorganized, which was an upset, considering I laid them nicely and had all matching outfits connected nicely. Instead they just threw the unsold clothes back in the boxes without any care or effort to keep nice. All in all I could have been short changed for what they bought but couldn't known because the lady didn't know what they bought. The manager was nice enough but he was stressing that he had to shutdown buying stuff because he had too much inventory. The place looked disarray for sure, but have the courtesy to care for my items as I did to make your job easier when sorting. I won't be returning to sell items due to these factors listed. The effort is not worth the lackluster "cash on the spot" and not getting to know what they bought from me.

First, I would like to say I use to love this location at the 120th & Sheridan in Broomfield, CO…read more The first reason is simply that within a weeks period of deliveries, two (2) of my deliveries have been damaged in transport. The stores shipping my goods HAVE NOT PROPERLY PACKAGED THOSE SHIPMENTS FOR DELIVERY!!! I selected two (2) dish sets along with (2) bowl sets which were delivered from different locations. I have returned (1) bowl set due to damage during shipping. The outer box had damage and actually sounded broken upon retrieving the box from my mailroom. There was negligent bubble wrap, so the bowl set box was sitting directly on the shipping box with no packaging materials. The entire dish set appears to have made it, nut this was never packaged other than the original box. Risky in my opinion. Then, when I expected delivery on another dish set by this past weekend along with another bowl set, I looked up tracking on the shipment and there was an 'Exception' on the two individual shipments....Those two items were shipped with UPS. By that, I mean that the boxes had been damaged and noted by the final delivery party prior to my receipt of goods. It seems difficult to have any shipments, other than soft goods, make their final destination... Overall, I have lost more money and time trying to buy these items than if I had never placed this order. Yes, that's four total shipments with three damaged deliveries/goods. There is no value in trying to replace these items, I Do Not have the time to do more than I have by taking the joy out of buying from Kohl's online. If and when replacement is provided, I will be returning the items to my local store upon receipt. Additionally, I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KOHL'S. I have personally shipped fragile items myself, resulting with no damage and a happy customer
