I want to give them 3.5 stars - an extra half star for the friendly employees and welcoming atmosphere. As the name indicates, this store seeks to cater to those searching for better brands and nicer resale. This is not a thrift store and does not have thrift store prices. I found the prices to be within reach, but a bit more than I typically want to pay for second hand clothing. However, their selection was nice and large, making it easy to search for particular items. Additionally, they have a clearance rack in the back with 50% off. I would give this place a solid 4 stars if they lowered their prices a little to be more in line with what I see in other Lafayette and Louisville resale shops. The day I stopped in, they were offering free mimosas and 20% everything in the store - score! I found a cute striped Caché shirt with small rhinestones on it. It was priced at $19.99, so I got it for $17.31 after the discount plus tax. I love the shirt, I just generally don't expect to pay that much at a consignment shop. There are lots of recognizable name brands and some unknowns...as well as what appeared to be decent, homemade dresses. Plenty of purses, shoes, jewelry, and scarves in addition to clothing. One cool thing to note, the owner offers free yoga classes every Wednesday at 9am in the shop. All of the employees were friendly and helpful, taking my items and hanging them in a waiting room for me. I'll be back!

Great store! Was a lot bigger than I thought. In the front half are clothes, jewelry and shoes and the back half has home goods & furniture. The prices were a bit high for me, but nice stuff.

I have all designer clothes with tags on. The owner told me the only thing she wanted was 14 karat gold and Gucci bags. Me too!

I was only looking at furniture. They have some quality pieces marked reasonably. I enjoyed the store and will be back.

I needed the space back and there was not a single place in Boulder still taking this category. Arc Thrift was recommended by the place near my home where I usually donate. This Louisville location was the closest as their Boulder location closed years ago when the property it was on was sold. I called ahead, got directions as I was not familiar with the area or the shopping center it was in. They were very helpful and professional on the phone. It took a while for me to get an arrangement with someone to get it out of the 2nd floor of our house and into one of our vehicles in which it would fit. We called ahead the other day when I finally had someone lined up to help, to see if they had help to unload it at their location. We found the place easily, no line or wait on a weekday morning, and they brought someone out immediately who was very capable of the lift, no damage to it and quite thankful. We were done and on our way in less than 5 minutes. All of the donation area was really was neat and clean and seemed very well organized. A good place if you live nearby or worth the trip for a hard to donate item. And they support a good cause.

I…read morewas surprised at their "pay 12 dollars upfront" and "pay $1 per garment that we don't sell" policy. I've consigned elsewhere and have never had to pay extra since they take 60% of selling price. Since I'd spent so much time laundering and ironing my items, I decided to consign, paid the $12 and left. They provide NO copies of the consignment contract for sellers which I thought was very strange and unprofessional. How hard is it to print the agreement in duplicate?! After I left, I sat in my car, feeling uneasy and read these Yelp reviews. My instincts said, "Back out NOW". So I went in, took my clothes and got my fee back. The woman running the store at the time (Red hair) needs some serious customer service training. She doesn't smile, is not at all welcoming and seemed indignant that I questioned company policies. I hope the owner will read this and reevaluate who represents the business. My experience was absolutely off-putting and I won't be back as a customer or seller.

However they were no where to be found and there was no record of them being sold.(so now I'm assuming they were stolen) I spoke with the lady working that day and she said she would check their other store. After some time i went back to see if they had been found, they were not. That day the owner was there. I explained the situation. Her response..."it happens, it's even happened to me". (The boots were worth $100+) She referred to the store agreement contract. I "get" that, however i thought i should have been given something for them as a gesture of good faith. She was very nonchalant about it. I will never be taking anything there again.

This place is first class. It's located on the quaint main street of historic mining town, Central City. When it's time for your portrait sitting, they lock the shop door, so it's ONLY your time and you get full attention and privacy so that there are no onlookers gawking. It's a fairly large studio with beautiful back drops, authentic antiques, accessories and a huge selection of vintage clothing, shoes, hats, gloves, suits etc and they're clean and well cared for. There's an actual dressing room! Milda, who is the owner, photographer and overall artistic genius, (with an adorable European accent) makes sure you look just right for the portrait. She takes her time to make sure every last detail is perfect. We were tired of the boring saloon hall photos you see everywhere, so we opted for a more refined Victorian tea look. Milda gave us the exact style photos we wanted and I couldn't be more pleased with them. I now have a special and unique keepsake of me and my mother! Together, with her husband and co-owner, they share so much about the history of Central City and make the entire experience authentic. Now for the photos. AMAZING!! The prices were very reasonable, so much so, that I bought a copy of every shot. I would highly recommend checking out the gallery of photos on her website so that you can see the quality of these vintage style portraits. I will definitely be coming back to this place, I loved it!
