And I am SO OK with that because that means the racks aren't stuffed with meh selections and they actually curate their offerings. But make an appointment--it's required and they book out! That is a very standard practice for any consignment store that doesn't just take all clothes as donations. When I shop, I always appreciate the fair pricing and selection. Work out clothes, cute tops, event dresses, jeans, bags, jewelry... I've gotten it all! I'm 39 and feel the selection hits my trendy/conservative style & demographic well. After…read morewaiting at least a half hour in line to get into the store (which we had expected) and then waiting in line for another 15 minutes to try on the dresses, our turn arrived and the staff was extremely short, rude and unprofessional on so many levels. Aside from being rude to my youngest daughter for trying to help her sister zip up and figure out straps, then I had to argue my way into the dressing room to be able to help. While my oldest overhead the staff mocking me and talking bad. You would think with their "strict 15 minute rule" they would welcome the help to speed things up. Then one of them banged on the door very rudely that time was up. My daughter felt so stressed and couldn't fully try on the dresses she had selected. All I could keep thinking is if my daughter wouldn't have been crushed to walk out with out a dress I would have left. Do they not want to sell dresses? It was an awful experience. I will not be back.
