After scanning the place for a few minutes, I wondered if I missed the big grand opening & fabulous sale because the place was like a ghost town. Not because there weren't any customers, but because there was nothing in the store. There was barely any clothing, bedding, shoes, etc. I found a couple things I was interested in, but the tags were missing or the price was pretty high. For being a brand new store & making such a big deal about opening, I would have recommended more items in the store. I hope next time there will be more choices.

In fact it's a joke. They're all the items that no one wants to buy that Cole sells. What a joke so really the coupon that I get from returning an item from Amazon is really no good because everything in the store most everything is price protected so you have to buy a Kohl's item and the coupon only works on a few items really the items that I don't need or want so shopping at the store is really a joke. Do I recommend this store? No, I doubt that's why I wrote the scathing review.

This employee is an angel! We told her our story and before even trying to sell their shoes, she was telling us about other places we could go. She was very nice and helpful. When checking out, I believe it was the owner, she knocked my shoes down from $99.99 to $49.99 and took $10 off each pair of boots as she also heard about our story. We also received tokens for $5 off every $30 spent. We went back the next day after our elopement and got some awesome RMNP shirts. I searched everywhere for it but couldn't find it. I went back inside to see if they could replace it or reimburse me, but of course, they refused. Security "checked" the cameras for a whole six minutes and came back with nothing useful--basically just brushed me off. The entire process felt dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the customer service staff were rude and clearly didn't care about actually helping resolve the issue. Walmart might have cheap prices, but the way they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. This experience was enough to make me not want to shop here again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
