Omg now I remember why I stopped shopping at Walmart!!! Stuff all over the aisles, not very clean, extremely rude employees, no assistance whatsoever! When we got to the checkout the woman at the register was sitting in a chair with a scowl on her face, absolutely no greeting, just scanned the items put them haphazardly on the turnstile so our plums fell on the floor when she turned the turnstile. No oops, oh sorry absolutely nothing. Actually she never said anything until our total came up and she said $102. Needless to say I won't be back again anytime soon! read more

Walmart has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought something for myself, and as I was walking out, it somehow rolled out of my cart. I searched everywhere for it but couldn't find it. I went back inside to see if they could replace it or reimburse me, but of course, they refused. Security "checked" the cameras for a whole six minutes and came back with nothing useful--basically just brushed me off. The entire process felt dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the customer service staff were rude and clearly didn't care about actually helping resolve the issue. Walmart might have cheap prices, but the way they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. This experience was enough to make me not want to shop here again. Horrible customer service manager from Maine. A couple of times I seen her yell at her employees and customers rudely, last month I seen her yell at a girl in a wheelchair. Hopefully she is fired along with that guy that is the store manager Donald. Store is real dirty and then they have no cashiers and real long lines at self check out because they don't hire people at night time except for one lady. Oh I seen the manager yell at the customers to get out of her store because it's closed. Thank God I don't shop there but every three months. Oh yeah that's right I seen the girl in the wheelchair having wheezing issues when she was cleaning up a big spill at self check out. She was nice except she doesn't talk. I had a pick up order today like I usually do.. and also like I usually do I forgot a couple items.so I just ran in and grabbed my items and while there I saw some items on sale..I grabbed them and made my way to self check out. Once at self check out I noticed the two items on sale weren't ringing up correctly. Which is normal for this Walmart many times I have went I to buy chicken and it wouldn't ring up.. nonetheless I advised the guy working self check out he gave me a receipt and said you will have to go to a regular register I can't help you with this here.. so I go to a register and wait my turn. The lady rang them up and they still weren't ringing up the sale price. At this point I say.. if you could just do a price check for me I would appreciate it..and if they aren't on sale it's ok I'll leave them.. no worries.. she's like I'm not leaving my register (after turning her light off not wanting anymore customers) but if you like you could go take a photo of the tag and bring it back and show me and I'll fix it..mad because I don't get paid to do there job I run back to the area I found them and ran back..out of breath I showed her my phone..she pushed it out of her way and said I have to get a manager..Lady!!? Why didn't u do that to begin with..? I kept quiet and just accepted my fate..now that it's been a half hour of waiting in line I see the most unprofessional and not so easy on the eyes manager..flipping her Joe dirt hair cut she comes over grabbing my phone and says look!! This isn't the correct signage on the same item..so it's not THAT PRICE!!while she's saying this she is spitting all over me...breath only a mother could love, and Teeth falling out..so Gross and disgusting! I just agreed gave her.. her spit and the items back and said it's ok..I don't want them..i have never been treated with such disrespect before! And I spend 50 percent of my paychecks at this same store..I will now be shopping at Target..it's less than 3 miles away..these people have some nerve acting like I owe them something when my purchases pay their bills! Ive been coming here since I moved 6 months ago. I have had horrible experiences every single time. However, I will start with the one pro. Gerald the greeter has always been extremely pleasant and nice! Onto the cons, this is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Every aisle is completely disorganized and extremely hard to find anything. All of the produce is bruised and old. The pastries are moldy. The employees are always hiding and on their phones including my cashier while she was scanning. The customers are all extremely rude. Never any eggs. Products that say they are in stock on the app actually aren't in stock. And no training on how to handle service dogs. We have had to ask people to stop touching or running toward our service dog and get nothing but rude comments and disrespect in return. read more

Sent expired food to my house today I paid the extra 10dollar to get it delivered before dinner time and they sent me spoiled sweet potatoes that are already chopped and supposedly clean. I went in one day around 9:30pm, looking to purchase a case for my iPhone. I waited about 15 minutes but no one showed up in the electronic department. So I asked 3 different workers I had seen and they all said they would call someone, but they didn't so I spent another 15 minutes waiting for nothing, I finally got pissed and went to customer service, were the gentleman told me that he'd be down there so I went back to wait for him and he didn't show up either so I left without a case. Trying to find an associate in the electronic area or anywhere that has a lock to try to get what you want is next to impossible. They will have you standing there for a half hour and are starting to lock up the stupidest things possible. Their produce needs to be scanned very thoroughly before buying as I have seen A LOT of rotten food on their display. This is an older "Super Store" with the very basic's of services. No tire center of portrait studio. Although they do have an optic center. Service is usually so-so and they really don't stock much in the way of natural or organic foods. Typically you'll have to wait in line for some time before checking out but being one of the only major places to shop in town I find myself here more than I'd like to admit. read more

My phone dropped out of my cart, and i was devestated since all my 10mo's pictures were on it. So i went to the service desk to try to call it. Their phones dont do that and i could tell the lasy didnt want me using her personal phone. So i tried to ask a couple more people that pretended not to hear me. Then an employee did, she let me use her phone to call my husband so he could call my phone and i could listen for it as i searched (I believe her name was hanna or debra). It didnt work, but when i came back to the entrance to ask someone to tell me where the nearest phone store was so maybe i could recover something anything, that same woman walked over to me with my phone. She said someone turned it in after i left and she'd looked for me. I am so grateful, and this walmart as well as other citizens are lucky to have her as an employee. Thank you!! read more

Yet if I place an order with Walmart food delivery, it's a crap shoot as to what will even be delivered!! Talk about help and a personality for service. Brenda was ready to show me where the items were that I needed + a couple extra boxes to help me move she was there to make sure I got the few I needed. I was going to get something late night and she made my experience outstanding. Hiring the right people is what business is about. Well, success with this one. Surround yourself with people like this and you won't have to worry because you know the store is in great hands. She wasn't going to let me leave without exceeding my expectations and you could feel that from the level of service that she naturally radiates! Very proud to leave this and to have met her. I get not being open 24/7 with Covid and restocking the store, but not opening until 7am every day is crazy! I guess this Walmart just says, "screw all the people that live and work in the area that need to go to the store before they have to be somewhere by 7am." They must not realise that a majority of the people that work in this area have to be to work before 7am and that they are losing a lot of business by not being open at 5am or even 6am. read more

I bought a 65" curved tv with protection plan less then 90 days ago and Walmart's policy is 90 day tv returns. I went to Lakewood where I purchased the tv to return the item. Call before hand to to see if they would do a return and they said bring it on in. So I did ! Once I got there they where very rude and just straight told us that there was a 15 day return policy for TVs so I left thinking I just lost out on $1,500.00. The next day which would be today my girlfriend (bless her soul) was at the Brighton Walmart and bought another tv besides the one I'm talking about. My last visit was not so good. Quit moving things to new locations. You know where everything is and some idiot decides to move items to different areas. I love this Walmart. It is really big and clean and the staff is friendly and they actually know what they're doing. Since this is a super Walmart they also sell food. This is also one of the cleanest Walmarts I have ever been to and I feel really comfortable about buying food in here I don't feel that way about all of the Walmarts I have been in. I have spent ridiculous amounts of money in this Wal-Mart and was there tonight trying to purchase some mothers day cards and clothing and was stopped right before I was getting ready to leave and accused of being in there earlier in the day and leaving behind $1400 worth of merchandise confronted and made to leave store...had to leave cart and was escorted from store like a criminal...completely shocked and humiliated. I have spent ridiculous amounts of money in that and other Wal-Mart's...(I had not been in this Wal-Mart since Easter Sunday...last Wal-Mart I was in was in Longmont Colorado on April 26th 2017...last purchase was for almost $75 in Longmont...in last month my husband and I have spent over $400,most of that in Brighton store...have the receipts to prove it and can prove I was in Fort Lupton all day today until I dropped my husband at work at 3pm this afternoon, was here in Fort Lupton all morning and all day yesterday and can prove it...... I will never spend another penny with this business!!!! Will be posting this everywhere and looking into legal action...wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy!!!!!! As far as the store itself is concerned, it's OK. The newer remodel makes absolutely no sense in trying to find items. That was the beginning of the end for me. Always out of stock on something or other. Apparently don't use any kind of computer reorder system for frequently purchased goods. Some employees are great, but most are pretty blah to the customers. Never enough checkouts open. Produce is really sub-par quality & I prefer to get it elsewhere. I've been doing the online ordering & pickup for a while now & prefer it over fighting through the store & lines. Those people who bring out the groceries are SUPER! The one saving grace for this store! ** The pharmacy is sorely lacking in customer service. If I call in a refill for multiple items, you get the call that it's ready BUT they don't tell you there was a problem with one & didn't fill it & never bothered to follow up on it either. So this results in repeated trips & follow-ups on my end. Time to change pharmacies. I've been waiting 6 days for an out-of-stock item. I left a bag of groceries there, called and explained to the lady answering the phone that I left my items she responded with "and?" Wait, what? What do you mean "and?"? I asked to speak with a manager. When he finally came on the phone he was just as helpful as the "and" girl. I explained to him what had happened. He responded with, "Ya you have to come in the morning so loss prevention can review the tapes to see what I left because nothing was turned in by his cashier under my description of items". This Walmart is terrible!!! We went in to get stuff for my sons bedroom and there was a bedroom set on clearance that we were going to buy. It had a markdown sticker on it we asked a customer service rep if this was correct she scanned it and said it was for the set and we went to check out. The lady checking us out said we were wrong and tried to charge us full price for the set, they wouldn't even honor their price match guarantee for the online bundle set. we called corporate and they said that he wasn't allowed to do that and break up the bundles to get more and that he would be reprimanded. I can tell you the women in Hardware, who bragged about working in all these departments at this store probably should rethink her career path, if she stunk as bad at the other departments as she did with this one no wonder this Walmart has such a poor rating. They are so unorganized and rather than doing their jobs and simply filling the prescriptions that they receive, they actually talk amongst themselves and state their opinions and ask why a certain script is necessary.
