After scanning the place for a few minutes, I wondered if I missed the big grand opening & fabulous sale because the place was like a ghost town. Not because there weren't any customers, but because there was nothing in the store. There was barely any clothing, bedding, shoes, etc. I found a couple things I was interested in, but the tags were missing or the price was pretty high. For being a brand new store & making such a big deal about opening, I would have recommended more items in the store. I hope next time there will be more choices.

What a joke so really the coupon that I get from returning an item from Amazon is really no good because everything in the store most everything is price protected so you have to buy a Kohl's item and the coupon only works on a few items really the items that I don't need or want so shopping at the store is really a joke. I bought this beautiful $2,000 worth ring for $300.00 and only less than a year later, the rose gold turned to silver. I don't recommend getting any engagement ring here. It was disappointing and they have a not so friendly return policy of only 180 days. This isn't beneficial for jewelry at allll. However, this place does sell some really nice clothing for the office atmosphere for sure. The customer service is actually friendly as well as the one on Mississippi off of Havana. I love the Kohl's charge credit card because I have received some money off when I made $300.00 purchases. The only poor thing is that they don't offer wifi around their store. The management of the facility seem to know how to do it right as the mall always has a lot of foot traffic, a seemingly high retention rate of retail stores and hosting family friendly events. Shoppers have access to brands ranging from boutiques (Chico's) to casual (Marshall's). The setup at the town plaza for the outdoor concerts is very accommodating to businesses (accessible for patrons) and attendees (allowing for a seating area as well as a dance "floor"). For the latter, no coolers nor outside alcohol are allowed but camping seats and well mannered doggies are!!! And even better, the concerts are always free and welcoming to all.

While many of the shops are fine, the management of this place is a joke…read more - many/most of the shops don't have their hours posted, or even signs indicating if they are open. In talking to the people working there, this was because management won't allow them. So this means you could go but discover a shop is closed without any indication, or when to come back. - several stores were burglarized recently, but the management just swept it under the rug and didn't bother to let the other shops know, leading to a few more burglaries. Does this place not even hire security at night? I'm torn, because I don't want to hurt the individual shops. But if the management continues to act this way towards the tenants, I wouldn't be surprised if people just close up shop, and frankly, I wouldn't blame them.
