Sin embargo, realice una segunda transacción con otros alimentos, y si tuve el tiempo de ver nuevamente la forma en que tiraba los alimentos para el empaque . Esta vez ya había una persona empacando. No fue descortés, pero si un poco grocera la FORMA como tiraba los alimentos que vamos a consumir sin tener el cuidado oportuno. Cuando llegue a casa y al desempacar mis bolsas, pude observar que la tapa de la salsa de espaguetis estaba chancada y por lo tanto se abrió. Si hubiera estado mas calmada la Sra Ellie en pasar los alimentos para el empaque, talvez esto no habría pasado. ..!! Regrese a la tienda y la gerente hizo caso omiso de la queja....no le dio importancia alguna o al menos no me lo hizo saber... When I entered the store, he was swinging an expandable baton right near the doorway. It came within inches of hitting my chin, and I noticed several other customers also nearly getting struck. His behavior felt unnecessarily aggressive and unsafe, especially in such a crowded entry area. As I was leaving, he even pointed the baton toward me and casually said, "Hey, my bad." That kind of conduct from security is concerning and creates a real risk of injury. I never expected to encounter something like this at a grocery store. Management should address this issue before someone actually gets hurt.
