Cuando llegue a casa y al desempacar mis bolsas, pude observar que la tapa de la salsa de espaguetis estaba chancada y por lo tanto se abrió. Si hubiera estado mas calmada la Sra Ellie en pasar los alimentos para el empaque, talvez esto no habría pasado. ..!! Regrese a la tienda y la gerente hizo caso omiso de la queja....no le dio importancia alguna o al menos no me lo hizo saber... When I entered the store, he was swinging an expandable baton right near the doorway. It came within inches of hitting my chin, and I noticed several other customers also nearly getting struck. His behavior felt unnecessarily aggressive and unsafe, especially in such a crowded entry area. As I was leaving, he even pointed the baton toward me and casually said, "Hey, my bad." That kind of conduct from security is concerning and creates a real risk of injury. I never expected to encounter something like this at a grocery store. Management should address this issue before someone actually gets hurt.

At first, I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have been accidental or that I wasn't seen. However, after briefly speaking with Nate, it became clear the associate was in a noticeably hostile mood. This isn't just a customer service issue, it's a safety concern. I should be able to move through the store without feeling rushed, dismissed, or physically pushed aside. I would strongly encourage addressing this directly with the associate to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for everyone.
