Rude cashier. I asked her not to ring up until I put my member # in. I am 70 and want to follow along to make sure I get my discounts. She said it doesn't matter and did it anyway. Again asked and she said there was no need to be rude. I again had a question on a sale item that rang up wrong (by this time I was frustrated) and she didn't answer but said if I wanted it I had to pay x amount. She was smirking by this point almost laughing, dismissing my concerns. I did not purchase anything at that point and told the manager about her behavior, who was at that point joking about it with a co-worker. This kings soopers was alright but not the best. When I walked into the fruit section I saw that some fruit was going bad and that was absolutely disgusting to see when I walked into another section there was somewhat a mess and things were disgustingly disorganized and it looked a little bad. The service also not the best the workers were nice but there was only like 2 cash registers open and the lines were pretty long. I don't think I'm going to come back here in a long time read more

This store is going down hill... fast! It's not COVID it's the people. The lines are insane because they have 1-2 lanes open at most. They can't get employees to work there, well yeah I don't blame them! There are younger people working there and every time the managers talk to them it is in a rude tone and in front of customers, unprofessional. The pharmacy has 3 people working but only 1 helping the line of 10 customers. This store needs a revamp something serious. read more

Been living next to this King Soopers for a while and it is perfectly average. The produce is occasionally under stocked but I never know if something like that is a worker thing or a supply chain thing. The workers I have talked to are helpful nice. read more

we went in to buy some pork shoulder, we got a rain check for a price match due to them not having it when we first went. We went into the self checkout when we called for help so they could honer the rain check a rude cashier told us we were holding up her line and we needed to go to a register. She then called another cashier who insisted we had already used this rain check when it had been the first time we went this week, we tried to explain that it couldn't been us because they take the rain check at the time of purchase. Both of them kept saying we had already used the rain check and he told us we had to move to a register when we left self checkout they both walked away and ignored us we finally got one of cashiers attention and told us to get into the line "if we wanted to" at this point we where already frustrated. The rain check had a limit of 5 so we had 5 a manager came over and we tried to explain the situation the cashier kept interrupting us saying "only honer 2" "only honer 2" and went to our cart and put 2 on the register which we found very rude, because regardless we needed all 5, the manager finally told her to calm down and wait for us to finish talking. I explained to her that this rain check is what they gave us we didn't know the limit was only for two and not for five as this is what there manager gave us previously and we found it so rude that the cashier kept insisting that we had already used it when we hadn't gone all week. I would not recommend this king soopers the cashiers are rude and entitled, they talk to the customers as if they are better then them. As well as that same cashier kept putting her hand is our face when she spoke to us. read more

You should only use this location if it is the only one convenient for you. Any other location is better than this one. The masked up guy working the self check out line is a condescending prick, and its not surprising someone his age is working that job. I love this King Soopers! The employees are always so nice and friendly. The produce is always fresh. And now that they have ClickList, I love it even more! You shop on-line. They have a history of your most recent purchases, so you CAN'T forget something. They also show you sale items that you have recently purchased. The first three times you use this service, it's free. After that, it's $4.95, no matter how big your order, so I try to get my entire week's list in one run. You then pull up to your front-row, reserved parking and tell them that you are there, and they bring your groceries out and load them in your car. You pay right there, in your car. Jess is always so nice and professional. This is an amazing service. read more

Filthy! Produce section is full of spoiled fruit. Floors aren't mopped on a regular basis. And, don't even ask about customer service, there is none! We've had two instances where the bagging clerk (same guy both times) forgot to pack all of our items. My husband called the store manager hoping that the clerk might be retrained. Instead, I was accosted by the bagging clerk who had screwed up twice prior! Save yourself the trouble; go to the 120th and Colorado location instead. read more

MMMMM KS Spicy Fried Chicken... I am a big fan of the King Soopers Spicy Fried Chicken.. I like it a whole lot better than KFC and any other fast food chicken chain - I'd put this spicy fried chicken against any of them. This chicken is always juicy, always tender and has just the right amount of spicy kick.. It almost reminds me of the chicken wings you get at Hooters, but a whole lot more.. The problem with this store isn't Covid it's being mismanaged. They've completely forgone with any grocery baggers leaving the customer to bag groceries themselves or wait till the end of the transaction for the cashier to bag or assist. They are not short staffed because every time I'm there I see cart runners sitting in a chair on their phone when they could be bagging groceries in between cart runs. Today I was the second person in line in my lane and it took 18 minutes to conduct the one transaction for the person ahead of me despite having a cart only 1/3 full. Granted the customer herself was a bit slow, but it really was the lack of a bagger that contributed. Meanwhile the cashier one lane over was zipping people through quickly, yet literally throwing the groceries onto the belt... Better watch out for those eggs LOL. Anyhow I implore management to please bring back grocery baggers. Plenty of hard-working souls on unemployment that I'm sure would be willing to help. read more

Extremely disappointed. I was pretty annoyed when I went to pick up my sons pre ordered 1st birthday cake and smash cake only to find out they didn't have what was previously discussed when ordered and the spelling of was wrong. Instead of a member of the staff calling me to let me know they said nothing until I picked up my order. I could've very easily ordered somewhere else like Walmart who offers same design and smash cake free as well for the same price! I went with King Sooper because I think they taste better. They felt like I was accommodated because they gave me a free $5 round cake for free. Didn't write happy birthday or anything and the cake frosting was so bad and hard my 1 year old couldn't smash. Very disappointing! Similar thing happened a few months before at this same store when I ordered a party tray of sandwiches it was assorted meats on your choice of assortment of bread. I wanted a plain French rolls and croissants on other half. Once again they ran out couldn't call me to see what I'd like instead and put the other half on some not so friendly kid bread (rye and pumpernickel) and think because it's free once again that's accommodating! Ridiculous they could've called and I could've ordered something else. It's bad customer service and it obvious it happens all the time. I used the online delivery service and received a pkg of rolls with green fur on them (how do you miss that?), sliced mushrooms that were black (supposed to be white), rock hard avocados, and a missing bag of ice. Having other people pick my food (that I'm paying for) is not going to work unless they are more conscientious. Doubt I will use this service again. read more

I decided to try the King Soopers ClickList for the first time today. This King Soopers wasn't close to my home, but it was the closest that offered the service so I selected it on line. The service is easy enough to use and the gentleman that brought my groceries out was very polite but after driving home 7 Miles I discovered that the 2 gallons of milk they filled my order with expires in 3 days. I called the store and their suggestion was I drive back another seven miles to exchange the milk. This service is a great way to pawn off the short date food on unsuspecting customers. Pretty shady!!! I won't be shopping here again! read more

I prefer it to other stores and so on but THIS store has employees who don't know where anything is, is set up funny and has like the scum of society shopping at it - seriously there is always like a really smelly person there. I come to this store because of the location. The interior is greatly improved since the remodel, but the customer service has NOT. I have yet to go shopping a single time where my groceries were bagged for me. Today, multiple employees wandered by, watching me and every other person checking out bag their own gorceries. This was made worse when the manager came out, saw how busy the store was, flirted with his cashiers, and then walked away. Not impressed. read more

A great King Soopers location - it's very convenient that it's open 24 hours. It seems on par with the 120th & Colorado Blvd. location. Awesome discounts when buying items in bulk, particularly on 2 liter drinks, Rockstar Energy Drink products, and candy. Gotta love the cereal topped donuts too! Express self-checkout lanes, friendly staff, and anywhere you can find a 99 cent pair of size 13 flip flops in early October at 3 am is 5 stars all the way. read more

This particular King Soopers is a disgusting store. The people who frequent this store are not the most pleasant people to shop next to. The staff is nice but clueless. Walked into a pile of vomit right out front of the entrance! Surprised me that no one noticed it before I stepped in it, as right around the corner there were 4 King Soopers employees on their smoke break, less than 10 feet away from the pile off vomit. Went another time and had to use the bathroom and there was a pile of poop on the floor! Have to shop here because this is the only King Soopers closest to my house, and I go for the prices. I try to go to a nicer and cleaner Kings Soopers when I can. read more

Meh... it's a grocery store, not much to tell. However, it's been remodeled recently and looks way better and cleaner than it did before. Pretty decent layout, easy to get to stuff. Aisles aren't blocked by food pallets all the time so that's good. Plenty of parking. Easy access. I've never had to wait for an eternity in the checkout lanes. What more to say, right? Only thing that bugs me: In the medicine aisles, there's some kind of annoying and loud beeping every 30 seconds or so. read more

I brought an image in of a Harley Davidson logo for a groom's cake for my fiancé. I spoke to three different bakery employees, asking them if this would be a copyright issue. All of them said it would not. When I turned in the form with the image I wanted, I made sure again that it was acceptable and the girl who took the form said "it shouldn't be a problem". One week later, I finally get a call telling me that is was in fact a copyright issue and they cannot proceed with that image. They did say they can use the colors (orange and black) and I said that was fine and to just draw a motorcycle on the cake. The girl I spoke to said "I will see if she can draw a motorcycle and get back to you" assuming she was talking about someone capable of drawing a simple bike. TWO WEEKS LATER: no call from them. So me being the organized person that I am, called them to make sure everything is on as scheduled since I need it this coming Saturday (4 days before its needed). NOPE. I was told this bakery could not draw an image and they can see if another KS location could. Um, first off: why did I have to call you to find this out and second: why are you in this business if you cant draw that?! Needless to say, I had them cancel the order and will not put my faith in something so simple to this location ever again. I would make it myself if I had the time and wasn't focused on other wedding items. read more
