Worst customer service !!! Sunday afternoon fitting room closed. Asked staff which ignored me then asked manager about it and she shared short staffed while she was walking around dusting ! I asked if she could open it so that I could try on the basket of clothes I had she ignored my question and continued to dust. Why would you not have your fitting room staffed at a clothing store !!!!! Or accommodate a customer for a few minutes to try something on? Shame I won't be back read more

LOL..is all I can say. Have you ever walked into a 10yr olds closet?? If not or curious what it would look like go to prairie Centers Ross. Bring your hiking boots so you can hike over the mounds of thrown down cloths, rugs, shoes and house hold items. Ross needs to send corporate to this store. It's Quite the embarrassment! And make sure you have at least 20-30 mins to check out. read more

I would 10/10 urge you to check your receipts or pay attention when they are dining you up especially if the cashiers are super chatty with one another ! I went in and it was busy the line was long and it was getting close to closing and the cashiers were talking about a situation earlier from some lady returning something and rolling her eyes at the cashier and then saying oh I would have said something and oh did you know I didn't even like you at first but now I do and then golly it was so distracting and well I got 6 items right and I have a rough total on my stuff and somehow the total was like pretty high and I was confused how it got to be way way more then what I was estimating and so I got home went on er the receipt and sure enough she charged me extra due to her ringing items up more then once cause she was just all over the place ! She was like scanning talking taking the security stuff off and going back to scanning ugh I don't shop there much anyways but now I'll for sure be paying close close attention while I'm there and I'm hoping tomorrow I have to issues fixing the problem as I called them when I got home and noticed and they said to come In and bring all my items and receipt so ugh and one tag she accidentally ripped off while doing the security thing and then she typed it in and said it was $3 extra and then I second guessed if it didn't have a tag to begin with but I don't grab stuff without tags and I tallied everything up earlier ,it was honestly just such a mess of an experience and I'm annoyed ! Update I went back first then in the morning and those girls were kind and helpful and I had no issues !! Literally night and day experience!! I'll go back but for sure you gotta pick your times properly night time stinks read more

When the store first opened it was nice, tidy and the staff was also helpful. Now, the store is dirty, a lot of broken items and many of the staff members do not want to help they tell you they don't speak English. The vents in the ceiling are caked with dirt, falling down into the registers, don't go here if you have allergies. Nasty. The store was supposed to be open at 8am today, says it right on the holiday store hours posted on the door, they were not open. Place is now a dump. Photos soon. read more

I got a gift from my mom who lives out of town and they don't fit, my mom lives out of town and Ross wouldn't even try to help. I didn't have a receipt or gift receipt so they wouldn't help me at all. I asked if I can find a similar product and get store credit and she wouldn't do anything for me. Now I am stuck with clothes that don't fit and the manager was no help and very rude. as I waited in line she hit me with their door to get to their registers and didn't even apologize. Very rude customer service and wouldn't help around the holidays. I'd give no stars but I can't!!! what should I have expected with a company like Ross. read more

So this Ross store just opened in Brighton. I decided to stop in & check it out. The store literally just opened a few days before I went in. After scanning the place for a few minutes, I wondered if I missed the big grand opening & fabulous sale because the place was like a ghost town. Not because there weren't any customers, but because there was nothing in the store. There was barely any clothing, bedding, shoes, etc. I found a couple things I was interested in, but the tags were missing or the price was pretty high. For being a brand new store & making such a big deal about opening, I would have recommended more items in the store. I hope next time there will be more choices. read more

The staff at this location is unwelcoming and very rude. The hours state the store closes at 10:30pm and I walked in the store at 10:00 where the worker impolitely stated the store was closing in 20 minutes. I'm thinking "um no you're hours say I have 30 minutes," but I just leave it at that & look around. I find a couple pieces of clothing I want to try on, so I walk to the fitting room where another employee rudely says, "you can't try on clothes at this time." I check my phone, and it's only 10:15... My point is, if your hours say 10:30 then you should remain open until 10:30, not kicking everyone out at 10:10. OR change your hours. read more

Rude, hateful and suspicious employees. They make it their daily job to show you how miserable they are at their Ross job by following you and assuming you're going to steal (especially when you want to try on clothes-it's like an all out assault and they might as well have tasers by the way they act towards their customers). Plus, they ALWAYS close early at this location. Tonight I was going to run in after I got off work and quickly get one item and they were already closed with the doors locked at 10:18pm and they're supposed to close at 10:30pm. This is definitely not the first time. If the prices weren't amazing I would never go here. It's the worst and most hateful customer service I've ever experienced... EVER!!! read more

RACIST EMPLOYEES. I was shopping for kids shoes and both of my kids had a shopping basket with items in the basket. A store employee told my kids to "Go find your parent and the basket is not to play with" Helpful tip! How about:" Excuse me ma'am are those your Kids"? I turned around and said I am there parent and I will take care of it. The Manager on duty walks by and asked the employee what was going on. The employee didn't like that my boys leaned onto the basket and pushed them back and forth behind me. My boys where Not bothering anyone, not being loud or anything. I told the Manager the same thing "I will take care of it". Her respons "Are you using the baskets"? Me: yes and pointing to the items that were in the basket. Manager on Duty: "if I see THEM again" (NOT "if I see your Kids again") I am going to have to ask you to leave. Me: I will leave now. Manager on duty: Good. What kind of Customer Service is that? I work in the Customer Service Business and know that you should not discuss the incidence in front of the Customer. WORDS do speak louder then actions. Automatically assuming that the Kids are running wild in the Store and the parent is somewhere else in the Store is not professional and it is not always the case. Addressing Kids as THEM and not even trying to defuse the situation. Instead letting me know that the Store does not want my money! And the Regional Manager did not even bother to call me back when I called and left her a message. Therefore I will never step foot in that Store in Brighton again. I will continue my shopping @ Ross in Thorton!!! Store Manager, Regional Manager or Head Quarter NO NEED CONTACTING me to apologize. Just know THEM people with THEM kids are also a factor why you are getting a paycheck! read more

We went there attempting to return some stuff. We were returning 4 shirts and the staff member accused me of lying about a price of a shirt when it clearly stated on the receipt it was correct. She was very rude and treated us like trash just like the store was trash. Our staff members name was kayle and we were very disappointed in her. After the fact we found the exact shirt for the same price and we showed her. This store has been terrible too us back to back. Don't mess with my mom. read more

I've been in this Ross multiple times and each time the staff is friendly and eager to help. Their selection is always pretty limited and the place is always full ethnic people even during the weekdays. Its a lower end Ross but its better than nothing. read more

I don't know how other ross stores operate... But this was by far the worst shopping experience I have EVER had.. Let's be real here people.. We all know ross carries name brand stuff at a discount..because the merchandise either didn't sell well at the "real" stores, has some kind of defect.. Or is out of season.. That being said... Why exactly do I have to have a TSA scrub down when I go to try on clothes.. why am I limited to 8 items? You seriously garb your employees in "loss prevention" jackets? To be fair... Your employees seemed nice.... In a "I can't be personable or helpful because I have to follow these loss prevention rules and every customer is potentially a thief kind of way" ... Did I mention I had my 2 children Under the age of 6 with me? I had 25 items I wanted to try on... It certainly was loads of fun completely redressing, gathering my kids and belongings every time I went to get the next 8 items.. What's up with the cart you can't take outside?! Thank you for not offering to help carry my bags so I could carry my baby across the busy street... Ross sucks and I will NEVER shop at this store or any others. EVER read more
