When I went in I was greeted by one of the kindest souls I have ever met! Her name is Amber and she is amazing! I bought this cute little sun necklace and it was perfect! I placed an order on the 21st. I received the rest of my order but then there's one pair of shoes that's assigned to Denver the package arrived from Denver, but the shoes were missing. I was told it was assigned to Brooklyn the whole entire time even though I was emailed that it was assigned to Denver now to the employee. The woman who picked up the phone. Was saltier than a chip! How I am supposed to know how to find my order? Am I David Blaine here to entertain you? Now, rather than having a main warehouse each individual store ships out, which does nothing but create chaos. So this pitbull of an employee with a gigantic chip on her shoulder, was nasty and unapologetic. No no empathy. I was treated nose in the air uppity. I have spent 2k with them in the last two months. I am finding out the hard way that there are some bad employees in a good store. I spoke to an employee there today about 20 minutes ago. I have never complained about anything Fluevog. This tells me there is someone not really appreciative of her job.

While touring around Boulder, Colorado I was happy to find a Kuhl store…read more Kuhl is definitely one of my favorite brands of hiking clothing and outdoor wear. They were founded in 1983 and began in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. Kuhl means "cool" in German. This store had a fantastic selection of both men and women's hiking apparel. Staff were helpful and both my husband and I made a purchase. Not a cheap brand but good quality materials are used in the making of the clothing. Highly recommend.

Even though I know my sizes, different styles can be a borderline choice. This is true for many brands and why I am not a fan of online shopping in general. Through all the seasons I have found something new to spruce up my closet. I have been more than satisfied with every choice. Because I am so short, most pants needed shortening which I do myself. It's a chore I have Ben faced with my whole life and I am resigned that most mainstream casual and mountain wear do not "do" petites. My choice for petites does not style this way and for dressier clothes that's where I go. But for the right category this is the best, in quality of fabric , casual style and updated performance. Gone are the days of dry cleaners for my closet. The staff here is exceptional. If they do not have your choice of size or color in stock , you can have it ordered and delivered without a shipping charge. I really appreciate brands that will do this. This store also has in person events a few times a year when additional staff from headquarters in Salt Lake City come in to show off the new season. Food and drink and sometimes music or an athletic non profit are available. It's a chance to learn more about the products. There are even giveaways. What better ways to bond with the customers ! I love my new sweater I purchased today and am waiting for another color in my favorite fall and winter corduroy pant to arrive. All around, a good shopping experience. I don't buy a lot but each piece has been successful.
