I like going to Costco because of the deals and the wide variety of stuff they have there to purchase I highly recommend if you have a larger family.

I like this place, Costco is like my way of adulting while buying in bulk. It's fun to people watch here and plus I feel like I see a lot of upper middle class people here wearing Patagonia vests and their children are crawling on the floor. I like finding new snacks. This time was a little let down but whatever nbd. Also, the sample ladies are back. I would probably go early in the morning to avoid the crowds.

12/4/22 Update- staff remains good, food court personnel can be a bit ornery, and holidays here are a zoo. It's Costco!

Tuesday April 28th 2009 : My love for this location of Costco at First Sight! Like a kid in a candy store, jumping with joy and wide eyes open with all the goods in this Costco. Ooohh, I want this, I want that... Heehee! Why cant Costco all across Colorado, I mean the one close to my house be like this one? They tend to have more variety in certain things or is it because this Costco is new in this part of the town... From books, clothes, snacks, produce etc etc that I can shop to my hearts desire. Besides usually the best time to go to Costco is during a weekday, and you can share your purchase with your friend which I did today. Plenty of food/drink samples are provided while we were here. This I like, at least, I can try it out before deciding to purchase that certain frozen food dinners or beverage if I like it. Oh well, at least I am glad to show my friend around this Costco, who happens to live in Brighton and this location is closest to her house. Cant wait to return, provided Hubs agree to it, despite the fact we are living in another part of the town, city etc etc... This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I recently had surgery and needed a recliner that had separate controls for…read morehead and legs. I contacted their online sales agents not once but twice to confirm that the chair I was about to order did in fact have that capability. I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them. Sure enough, the recliner gets here, and doesn't have the very capabilities they said it had. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Total SCAM and heartless.

Had a really pleasant experience here yesterday. I bought some items to order for pickup. The store…read morewas big and filled nicely inside, it like the typical rundown sears. The store associate at tools was a very nice elderly gentleman who showed me where item pickup is. It's in a unmarked section of the store, a bit hard to find. The man working the pickup counter was very nice and helpful. He got my order all picked up and really in under 5 minutes. He made my experience so much better, since it was a bit deserted and hard to find. I'm so happy with the level of service. They have a ton of clothes too, and I head the auto center is nice. I really wanted to support Sears but I'm filled with regret…read more On 2/10/20 we went to Sears and tested out the mattresses. We found one we liked but decided to go check out a few other places. We came back a few hours later and the place was deserted. Typical, but there was a guy working earlier in the mattress department but he was now gone. We asked the one and only cashier for assistance in the mattress department. She paged for assistance but said there would probably be nobody to help us because the guy from that department was on lunch. We were set on buying 2 mattresses from Sears so we waited 30 minutes. We returned to the lone cahier and asked if anyone could help us and she said no. We told her we were ready to spend $3,600 on mattresses and just needed someone to ring us up. She told us there was nobody to help us. We asked if we should just go somewhere else and she said yes. Discouraged, we headed out. We passed an office and I saw 2 employees sitting there. I stuck my head in and asked if anyone was working the floor. A manager jumped up and said she could help us. She was worthless! She had no idea what she was doing. 30 minutes later the original mattress guy returned from his lunch and tried to save the day. Unfortunately, the beds were ringing up incorrectly. The employee paged the manager repeatedly for another 30 minutes until she finally returned his page. Move ahead to 2/19/20, we're supposed to receive a call when our order is ready for pickup on the 18th but no word. So, I call on the 19th and they tell us our order is ready. We drive 30 minutes to the distribution center to pick up our order. The employee automatically knows there's an issue. He said he unloaded the beds the day before and noticed one of the bed frames were missing and let his manager know. He said his manager said it wouldn't be an issue. He was very apologetic. Mistakes happen. Then we were told the bed frame wasn't available until 2/28/19. We asked for the bedframe to be delivered for free. We paid $3,600 for 2 beds and the manager threw a fit that we wanted one of the bedframes delivered for free. She finally agreed. Today, 2/28/20, our delivery time is between 6pm and 8pm. I receive a call from Jose the delivery man at 6:50am (way too early!) saying he can't deliver that late in the day and to text him an earlier time. I sent him a text at 8:35am saying between 4pm and 6pm would work. No response. I called him at 6:58pm and no response. It is now 8pm and no delivery. I called the distribution center at 8:05pm and spoke to Jeff. He told me delivery drivers were not allowed to alter deliver times outside of the two-hour window unless approved by the customer. I did approve an earlier delivery time but no response. I was told the driver had checked out for the day and someone would call me tomorrow to arrange another delivery date.
