The three customer service employees all helped at different times and were all friendly. Eye doctor was also friendly and patient with answering my questions. Good service and a welcoming store. Would be nice is WP had all frames in all colors and the eye appointment privacy policy had a way to opt out of marketing communications. But, overall a good experience, and the store and employees were great, just wish some corporate decisions were different. Thanks.

As a Warby Parker loyalist for the past several years, I was excited when I ordered some new…read moreframes...and then I was a doofus and sat on them after I'd had them for only a few weeks. After a lot of trying to fix them myself and not being able to figure out what I needed to do, I decided to look up a store to go in and adjust. Usually I go to the 29th street location in Boulder, but discovered this location existed and because it's a little more convenient I decided to visit here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and explained my situation, and the person at the desk (I wish I could remember their name!) told me no problem, they could take care of it. I handed them off and spent just a few minutes waiting while they used a number of tools to "reset" the frames - they handed them back and lo and behold, they were perfect! They then took the time to do a nice clean which was really appreciated. If I need help with my frames or are looking for new ones I'll be back here - service was excellent and the whole place was very welcoming!

Living Spaces

This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I recently had surgery and needed a recliner that had separate controls for…read morehead and legs. I contacted their online sales agents not once but twice to confirm that the chair I was about to order did in fact have that capability. I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them. Sure enough, the recliner gets here, and doesn't have the very capabilities they said it had. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Total SCAM and heartless.

This is my second year at Target optical. I normally go to the one on 120th. I called and made an…read moreappointment and was not informed of any construction occurring at the 120th location. I showed up for my appointment at that location a few minutes early only to find it completely closed down. When I asked a Target employee where I was supposed to go for my 2pm appointment, she said "I have no idea." I called the same number, explained the situation, and they said, "oh right. We are on 144th. We are taking all of the 120th location's patients currently. We usually try and tell people about the construction but sometimes that info is not relayed." (Clearly) They told me if I could make it to the 144th location within 10 minutes that they would try to get me in still. I raced up there and the doctor got me back for my exam. It lasted all of maybe 7 minutes before she booted me out. She had minimal "bedside manner" and when I asked about my new prescription and how much it changed from last time she just handed me a paper that I guess had my new prescription on it? I ordered glasses and sunglasses with my new prescription and even after my insurance being applied, was charged over $375. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks for them to arrive which seemed like an absurd amount of time. Luckily I did not have to wait that long and received a text yesterday telling me my glasses were ready and to come get them. Today I showed up and only my regular glasses were ready, not my sunglasses to which they replied, "oh shoot. Yeah we usually try and make sure they're both in before texting you to come grab them. The sunglasses should be in sometime later today or tomorrow so I would come back then for the sunglasses." Thanks for wasting my time and making me take 2 trips unnecessarily to your location. I am super disappointed at the horrible communication, horrible prices, and even worse customer service by the entire staff. I will be switching to a different optical place for my exam and lenses needs.

I had a bad experience at target optical, Brighton, CO, so I did not want to go back to target…read moreoptical but I could not find a type of frame fits better for my daughter, so I had to go back to Target Optical not brighton branch but westminster this time. The female employee was not kind at all, but I did not care much at first. My daughter already had an eye exam prescription from a medical eye doctor's office, so I gave her the prescription and insurance information. She typed all the information and told me that it costs total $133 with an insurance and the frame is paid in full by insurance. The lenses cost $133. I couldn't believe, so I asked her what is included because I already tried to order the same frame with lenses online target optical and it only costs $18. She started to be very grumpy and told me again, but I still couldn't get all the items she said, so I asked her to show me the items listed. She did not have anything to show me all the itemized price. I asked her to give me a copy of the quote. She threw the pupillary distance device on the table forcefully and gave me a copy. When I was leaving her desk, my daughter said that she was scared when the lady threw the device on the table. I came home and ordered it online target optical. It only costed $18 with my insurance. It was delivered in 9 days even though the sales person said it would take 3 weeks at target optical store. If you have time and want to save money, get to know your insurance benefit and compare other lenses options. Do not be fooled at the store. However, target optical online customer service was very good.
