The selection of glasses is great, staff is helpful, BUT Do Not expect your glasses to arrive in a timely manner!! I was told 15 -20 days when I ordered my frames. Ok, I can live with that. Call in at the 16 day mark & was told that is "business days", not calendar days. Would've been nice to know that. Then received a call on a Wednesday (3weeks after ordering) saying the frames will be in Friday. Checked on Sunday, was told they didn't arrive but would be in on Monday. Stopped in on Monday, now being told they will be in on Tuesday! As a 1st time customer they are making really difficult to trust what they say & the process! Now I worry that the glasses will be right! Guess I'll see in 2 more days..... read more

If I could give ten stars I would . I've been coming here for a couple years on my own before I brought my son and husband last year. I absolutely love the optometrist they have on staff. She is super friendly and fun and super easy to work with everybody. They are really knowledgeable and know their stuff. This last visit I had was no exception. I was 10 days postpartum, exhausted and with a brand new baby to care for, recovering from Major surgery and in the middle of the night I crushed my only pair of glasses on the floor to pieces!! I needed a replacement ASAP . They got me in same day and they also made my glasses in House once I talked to the manager and explained my situation. Janessa was super helpful working to find me the right frame for my glasses considering I couldn't see and they had the glasses done before I left. I don't know if they normally do this or if this was an exception, considering that I had just had a baby and was completely blind without my glasses, but my family and I will continue to go to them for years to come thank you for the excellent customer service for being friendly and understanding and for just generally being nice people to work with. read more

I'm not impressed. They can't get my glasses right I don't know why they've already remade them and I still use my old glasses because I cannot see my computer with the new glasses. So I'm stuck with a several hundred dollar pair of cute glasses that I can't actually see out of - super! read more

TL;DR: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I logged back in to my fb just to leave this review! Also, why they don't have 5 stars I can never understand. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! --- I had just left my eye surgeon's office so defeated after a surgery that was performed without informed consent. But that's a story for another day. Desperately looking for a solution for myself after almost a month of frustration and not being able to see well, not being able to read or help my children with some activities (crafts - Perler Beads, etc.), not being able to do my hobbies (crocheting), I called up places to see if I can just get eyeglasses that same day. This is how I found 20/20 EyeVenue. When I called, I spoke to Breanna. She was very helpful. She did not rush the conversation, she asked for all the information to ensure that they're able to provide me what I need, she answered all of my questions. When I got to their store, the first thing I noticed was how clean and bright their environment was. When you walk in, you will immediately feel the positive energy of the place. It just feels light. Interior design was great too. It's chic and modern. They welcomed me with a smile. I let them know that I'm on a budget and I know some places can be judgmental when they know someone's economic status -but they weren't. They treated me with respect and dignity. You also know that they cater to people from all walks of life because while they have high-end signature frames, they have a full range of beautiful stylish frames that are very affordable. I waited at their lobby while my glasses were being made. When my glasses came out, they were so imbalanced because as we will come to find out the following day, the prescription my eye surgeon gave me was grossly incorrect. Ms. Marcella, the owner, with her extensive experience in the field, seemed to have expected that the eyeglasses may not come out right. And she was right. She offered to get me an appointment to get re-evaluated the following day. Last minute she squeezed me into their calendar because she really wanted to help. The following day, Ms. Marcella had me do the tests using those eye machines you look through (the ones where you have to focus your eyes on the image of a house or a hot air balloon). Afterwards, I saw Dr. Rupa Patel. She did a very thorough examination and had me try various different lenses. She was very patient as we tried to figure out which one is best for me, being that one eye has gone through surgery and the other has not. They were able to give me the regular glasses that same day and it was great because I at least had something for distance in the meantime. The pair of bifocals needed to be ordered though. Roger helped me select a frame for it -he's fantastic! When it was time to place the order for my bifocals, Ms. Marcella said that with everything I've gone through, she isn't going to charge me for them. WOW. I am just so astounded at the kindness of the people at 20/20 EyeVenue. I have never seen any business owner as caring and giving as she is -and to a complete stranger!?? I can't even put into words how deeply I appreciate them. Like, if I won the lottery today I'll totally buy all the frames in their store right now or send a million dollar check their way. I received my bifocals the other day and I'm so very happy with them. They feel very well-made. The frame does not feel cheap. It's great quality. My vision is so crisp with these lenses! Excellent product. INCREDIBLE HUMAN BEINGS. What more can you ask for? read more

Got my eyelashes done, HORRIBLE IDEA! Had a cut in my eye and everywhere I called was either closing or couldn't see me, so I called here and they were able to squeeze me in and get me taken care of right away!! Lifesavers!!! I have been going to this location for a few years now. Every time I go I get treated very well. The staff and optometrist are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I feel like they go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and happy throughout my time there. Went in in april for safety glasses and they told me 6-8 weeks no problem.. well At 8 weeks nothing called to check the status and they stated that the manufacture was delayed.. next day Eagle eyewear says 2020 didn't submit the glasses order till 6-7-22. Both they and 2020 say it will be rushed and be here the following week. Waited another two weeks and get a new story of they forgot a coating and will be another week. Zero communication except when I call and they don't care because they are "just a third party" I wouldn't waste your time going here unless you want to wait forever and get no communication....great business practice. read more

Went in on Sunday afternoon for my wife eye exam appointment for the first time here. OMG this place is like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory! The State of the art equipment with in house Frame Styles Selection to designers all around you! Dr Dupuis Eric, was very young and hip with a great personality that every doctor should have. Cause he made us feel so welcome on the exam chair and confident with our result for best vision. He went answered all of our concerns and questions, he just smiled and educated us how to take care of our eyes before we regret it later in life cause we can't get a new set of eye balls here. It was simple as enjoying our morning coffee! Friendly staff and Knowledgeable Optician Nicole and Marcella they are like a dictionary in optic world frame to lenses, they go over and explain why we need No glare coating to getting a second pair of Polarized sunglasses for outdoor activity. By gosh never thought how much nicer it would be to have protection when we are going out to our beloved Colorado's UV skies! They are dangerous! They were able to get us a Gorgeous Frame for my wife, the challenge was to getting something green, but green is not practical for everyday. Still Nicole and Marcella was able to give us gave a solution by framing her into their lovely brand CLIC, the brand is so reinventing in where you don't have buy multiple pairs of glasses just to match up our wardrobe, we just buy multiple clips and switch out each day to different colors to styles just to spicing it up our frame wear without going broke! Since my family and I moved to Erie three years ago, we've tried several different optometrists--Summit Vision Care, Erie Family Eyecare, Lafayette Eye Associates, and Target Optical at the Orchard--and my appointment at 20/20 was definitely the best. I was able to schedule my appointment online on the website, and I was seen by the doctor soon after arriving. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet, informed me about my benefits prior to the appointment, and were detailed about my costs afterward. The appointment itself was quick and efficient, and they didn't push anything on me that I didn't want, like dilation. Plus, the decor of the place has a really cool vibe, and the fancy chairs were more comfy than the usual stiff waiting-room getup. I didn't get glasses this round, but they had tons of options that looked cuter and more unique than I've seen other places. I'm glad to finally find a place I like, and I'll be making appointments for the rest of my family soon. read more

Reluctant glasses wearer but figured it was about time that I get the appropriate vision for my job. It has been a while since I "shopped" for glasses so I was hoping for a lot of help. The exam was quick and I was happy to find out that I could still legally drive without corrective lenses. It was recommended that I get multifocals. Nichole helped me pick out a really sweet frame that was dang near unbreakable. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It took about a week to go back and getting the specs which was just in time for my flight to my next job. I can't even say how much of a difference they made in my job performance and I hardly noticed that I was wearing them. Overall it was a very good experience and I will return next year for a new exam and maybe some new cool glasses. read more
