let's be honest, part of the reason target's sales are going down isn't just because of the protests, it's because they have 3 lanes open on a saturday, 1 pm. I literally walked in to buy three things, and the self-serve line was just as long as every other line in the store. There was a guy working the area by the registers, and while he was trying to be helpful to help people to go to shorter lines, the shorter lines were actually quite long with tons of purchases. instead of opening additional lines it just basically shovel you around until you get so frustrated you wanna leave. read more

Target always seems to have everything you need and "don't" if you get you get it. But store is clean and the staff are friendly. Carts aren't all over the place like some other targets in the area. And no homeless encampments so that's also a plus. The prices of some things is only a couple cents higher then Arvada stores to the south. read more

This Target is absurdly huge! It's as if a regular Target swallowed a Stater Brothers whole, including the deli section and plenty of produce and even fresh sushi! As soon as I walked in I stared with my mouth agape and then was a bit overwhelmed because while the signage was decent, I thought it would take awhile to find what I needed--earplugs. I asked the nearest staff person in red. She not only knew where they were but walked me to the aisle and helped me find them on the top shelf. This Target offered 5 kinds of earplugs! Then when you'd imagine there'd be a long line of holiday shoppers, instead there was another friendly staff who tells you when it's your turn to go through the self checkout! I was in and out of there in 10 min (I also couldn't help picking up a fresh salad for lunch). Value is the same as Targets everywhere in terms of prices. Clean! Bright! Plenty of parking. If I lived in the area, this would be my one stop shop for basic everything shopping each week for sure! read more

What to say? It's a Target. Decent prices for cost-conscious products. It beats Walmart all to heck and I don't need anti virus vaccines and tetanus shot to go in. Sanitizer wipes where you pick up carts, too. My only ongoing complaint is the self checkouts which reduce their costs while employing customers as volunteer servants. It irritates me that so many service jobs are being cut when so many people still struggle to find work. It is just a sad sign of the times but I'm in the minority, I'm sure. Then when the self checkouts invariably malfunction you have to wait for their designated fixer to get it working again. I thought they were phasing them out. read more

She said the app told her that I prefer items in the passenger side then retracted to trunk when I informed that was incorrect also. I don't order from here for SIMPLE things like this! This used to be a well run Target when Alison was managing it about 2-4 years ago. However, when she left, they promoted young inexperienced kids into management positions who just didn't seem to care about the store. (I worked there briefly during this time) They apparently don't train on customer service anymore. I waited at guest services recently for over 20 minutes to do a return and heard voices in the back so I cleared my throat thinking they didn't realize someone was waiting. A young guy peeked out and told the guest services guy that he had a customer waiting. That young man replied "well she can clear her throat all she wants, I'll get out there when I'm damned good and ready to!" I did the survey on my return receipt and let management know about that. Nothing happened. I was ignored. The self checkout where you can get Pizza Hut pizza and other "to go" foods --the register has never been fixed. It's been broken since about a week after it was installed. Very few self checkouts get maintained/repaired/calibrated and therefore won't take cash anymore. When I worked there, I was able to look up online how to maintain and clean the cash dispensers. I told management but it was seen as "stepping on toes". I can verify that they aren't cleaned or maintained anymore. I used to pull expired sale signs, but got in trouble for "stepping on toes" again--so if you notice a sale--take a photo of the sign. They have to honor it even if it expired last month. Check your app if you are a teacher, veteran or first responder...or work in any of the other "highly recognized" fields. Nobody goes around and updates the cashiers anymore and there are days you can get 10% off. But very few employees will be aware of those days. Trash doesn't get removed, carts not brought in...until a customer complains. Likely because management is in back not paying any attention. It's a shame, because this used to be a decent Target. This place was awful a few years ago and it's just getting worse. Supply issues almost every time you walk in. The manager here should be fired as well as the district manager for letting this store get so bad. I was told today that they won't open self check outs till 9am and in the meantime they only have one register open with lines going into the women's clothing, plenty of employees on the floor talking/not working and 10 customers in line waiting to check out. I would go anywhere but here. The Walmart on Sheridan is much better and keeps things in stock. The store manager at the WM will go out of his way to great you and make sure you find everything you need. The store manager of this target could be invisible for all I know as they are never present. I will say the women that handle the registers are very friendly even when they are being over worked. read more

This location recently remodeled their produce, deli and other sections and now as the Outkast song goes, this place looks " so fresh and so clean ". Ive always been able to find everything I came for and with a good price. The checkout process is quick and effortless and the cashiers are friendly. I did notice that after the remodel they dropped the "super" from the exterior of their sign and now it just says Target. But thats ok since this is still a great place to get all your one stop shopping done. read more

We soooo appreciate the folks at this store who prep/bring out Curbside pick-mup. Target hands down has the best curbside. No competition really. I get lots of anxiety in the store and with working full time/small kids, the service is such a life saver. Folks are usually super pleasant and quick. I love this target! I used to shop here often when I worked in the area and always found it clean, organized, and well-stocked. Today I stopped there on my way home from a hike in Boulder. When I stopped to get gas I realized I did not have my wallet! And I did not have enough gas to get home. I went to target hoping to get cash back using Apple Pay on my phone, but unfortunately it wasn't an option. Ms. Candi, the cashier helping me offered to give me $10 to get home. Can you imagine?? The manager came over and gave me $10 and I wanted to cry! There are still kind and good people in the world and some of them are working at this Target!! Big store, huge selection, just not a good fit for this emergency retail run for me. I wish the staff were more engaging and I realize they are under-stafffed. I needed a lighter, either long handled for use on a stove or I could manage with a Bic. I stop and ask a staff member where they are located and she looks it up on her hand held computer and I'm off to the correct aisle in the grocery department. Up and down the aisle I go, no luck. I pick up a customer service phone and while I'm waiting for a connection an employee saunters right by me with his earbuds on, no name tag and a basket returning items to their correct locations; doesn't stop to ask me if he can help; I confirm later he's staff when I see him at the front of the store with other staff working. The staff person on the phone explains they just sold their last long handle and sends me to the Home Office department where I find the Bics. Here's my issue: I needed one Bic: the only option is a five pack. I fly home tomorrow, can't bring lighters on the plane; 4 lighters are totally wasted. I needed a black medium Sharpie pen, can't buy just one. I buy a pack of two and thankfully I can fly home with them. I needed fast drying clear nail polish, no price listed so I'm in for a bit of sticker shock when I check out and it's $9. Not OPI brand but a less expensive options. Thankfully in the checkout the pack of gum my husband picks up is A pack and we don't have to buy 12 packs all at once. Target is hugely successful and what I found annoying, no price listed, packs only instead of single items, is a great business strategy. Needless to say, I should have gone to Walgreens where I could have picked up a single lighter and $2 clear nail polish. read more

We visit this target quite often and I really like it. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. Anytime I've had to do a return or exchange I've had no issue they've even gone out of their way to help me out. You can also usually find a handful of people walking around the store if you need to ask a question or try to find something. Out of all the targets in the area I'd like this one the best! I can't really review the food service part because we've never gotten food there. read more

This target is great! I will say sometimes the produce section is slacking but they always have discounts on high quality meats. One thing I dislike is it is mainly self checkout. They have about 20 checkout lanes but only one is ever open when I am there. The majority is self checkout. Usually this is ok but lines can get pretty long. read more

Terrible customer service. Long wait lines to check out on a Thursday at 11 am. Yet an employee can stand there directing us which lane to go to when in reality if they just used that person to open a lane things would go faster. Like we don't know how to pick a lane??? When calling to speak with customer service later had more bad interaction and the person could not complete what I needed done! Skip this store go to Walmart or king Soopers. read more

This store has the best customer service department, very helpful employees on the floor and friendly cashiers. I have shopped at this store several times in the past 4 months and I have been very impressed with the kindness I have been shown by all the people who work here. Also, the store is very neat and clean! Today I called to find out if there was a particular toy for my granddaughter for Christmas. The person I spoke with told me it was in stock and I could pick it up at the customer service desk! Wow! That made my shopping experience a breeze! I just love this Target. Very close by my home, friendly employees who always take me to my requested item rather than a vague over there on isle 0. Clean, well organized. I do find the produce to be weak but other groceries strong. I use Cartwheel app, 5% discount debit card & good old fashioned paper coupons. Savings substantial. I have never seen employees smoking by doorway as reported in another review. I would go to manager if there was such activity. She is very responsive. read more

I did a grocery pick up and a few items were forgotten. When I created another order to pick up, they helped me out by getting my order out fast and efficient. Didn't have the medical product I needed to treat Burns for my fiance. So apparently Target is catering more and more towards someone who has no but no leg mass. The only cut in pants they have for men are skinny or straight leg. Pretty much your standard Super Target but it is definitely a pretty nice store. As all other Targets, it is clean and enormous! The service is fairly decent, it is clean, and they generally have whatever you are looking for so you can't really complain. In comparison to other large super centers I would choose this place over the other just to avoid the awkward and weird people. read more

I was able to get a same day appointment, contact lens fitting and use my Cigna insurance with ease. I also got half a year of disposable contacts delivered to my door 2 days later. I would agree with what other folks have said...provided it's positive in nature. Clean store. Friendly employees. As with every other retail store, never enough check out lanes open, but I know the secret of going to Guest Services or Electronics, provided I don't have any produce. I have never had any issues at this particular Target, they typically have the items I'm looking for and they sell this delicious pork in the deli for sandwiches. I also have the Target debit card and love saving 5% every time I shop, instead of the accumulated 10% for 1 day of shopping. read more
