Just recently, I learned that they have a new loyalty rewards program that is free and you earn a $5 reward for every $100 spent. I've been a Barnes & Noble customer for years and was thrilled when the cashier offered to sign me up for the free rewards program. Are any of my other book lovers as excited as I am about this? The only thing I wish they would do is automatically update their store prices based on their website. I found some pretty sweet deals on their website, so when I went into the store, I grabbed those books thinking they were on sale. When they rang up, they looked like they were full price. I asked for the cashier to honor the pricing online. While the cashier was more than willing to price match the website, I wish I didn't have to ask for it to happen.
