When I got to the window, I was informed that the new procedure is to purchase at the kiosk, then go hand the ticket to the person at the counter to get the order in. I apologized for not knowing procedure and took my ticket to the counter. The pizza person apologized to me and I told her, I was just unaware and know what to do for next time. No harm, no foul. She put a rush on my order because I was understanding and my wait was only about 10 minutes. I appreciated that.

I went to have a neck cord put into a polished boulder opal with a hole drilled through it for such a cord. The gentleman who helped me ( my impression was is was the owner or one if the owners), asked all the right questions and then went confidently around this very large store pulling out boxes that contained the materials he needed. We then went to a work station where he proceeded to do a very delicate and skilled job creating my necklace. When it was all done, I had exactly what I wanted and at what I thought was a very reasonable price! He was very kind, patient, and informative. He gave me detailed instructions over the phone on how to take air out of my tire since I had more air in my tires than needed. When I arrived, Cooper continued to be incredibly helpful. He took the time to assist me in person, showing me in detail how to put air in and how to let air out of my tires properly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what to do, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel much less stressful. Most of the items will be sold in bulk for large businesses, resellers, or large families in order to get a discounted price. As long as you can navigate the aisles, avoid collisions with other customers and know your way around, it should be a hassle free environment. Dont forget to visit the little old ladies that give out samples, they are a plus to shopping here.
