The folks in the front office/showroom are always helpful - patiently helped us make choices over several visits. I picked up a portion of our order at their warehouse and the folks in the Will Call office again were friendly, responsive and great. No one sitting around scrolling on their phones while I wait. The warehouse people who brought out my order and helped load were also great. Finally, the tile and quartz products we purchased are all good-to-excellent quality, much better than the digitally-printed subpar stuff at Floor and Decor. I recommend them over so many others!

Clarissa asked for me to send photos to her. Within an hour, she had researched my tile and called back. She was unable to get my outdated tiles but gave me 2 different leads in CA. She suggested that I might want to expand my search for larger tiles that could be cut to my existing tile size. Sure enough, the almost exact tile match was found in CA. It was shipped 2 days later, was cut to size and the shower looks beautiful. Thank you Clarissa for your expertise and kindness. Customer service like that doesn't come along everyday.

From the outset, Jeri made sweeping assumptions about our situation without asking a single…read morequestion. Her repeated commentary about our 13-month-old, who was calm and quiet the entire time, was inappropriate and unprofessional. She told us to "put him down" because she didn't think we could remember the ballpark numbers she was quoting on the fly, and stated more than once that we should have hired a babysitter "because people who are serious about this do." Both my husband and I rearranged our work schedules and made meaningful time for this meeting. As an hourly employee of my own business, this was a significant investment of time, and to be told we weren't taking it seriously was both insulting and entirely untrue. Midway through the meeting, while showing us three discontinued cabinetry lines, with no mention of what they currently sell, Jeri quizzed us on the price ranges she had mentioned earlier. When I repeated $7-21k instead of $8-21k, she used this as evidence that we weren't paying attention. She also criticized my husband for not taking notes. We attempted to name the tension in the room in hopes of resetting the tone and salvaging the conversation, but Jeri remained dismissive and unapproachable. We were left confused as to how the meeting had become so negative, and deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism. We ultimately cut the meeting short and left. Would not recommend.

I am so glad I did not read about Stone International on Yelp before I used them for the first…read moretime, because I probably wouldn't have given them a chance.. That would have been too bad because I have found them to be wonderful for the 4 kitchens I have remodeled using their cabinets and countertops. I have renovated 3 airbnb kitchens as well as my daughter's kitchen using Stone International and everyone LOVES the kitchens. The cabinets and countertops are VERY reasonably priced, but look great. I can only think the people who gave bad reviews to this company expected white glove service that comes with cabinets that are 3 times the price. The cabinets have dovetail joints and easy close drawers. I have never bought the painted (white or grey) cabinets, so I can't really speak to the quality of those. But the Maple cabinets look great. (I do have a friend/colleague who remodeled her personal kitchen with their grey shaker cabinets and they looked wonderful.) So, I have used Stone International four times now and I will definitely use them again for future projects. And btw, everyone I've dealt with there has been very nice and helpful (I use Olga for design and ordering). But, I believe anyone can get sour if they are not treated well, so maybe that's the issue? Otherwise, I really can't understand many of the comments here. Also, just to be clear, they don't know I'm reviewing them, and they are not giving me any benefit for this review. I decided to review them today for two reasons. First, I just recently discovered they are on yelp and the reviews are weirdly (in my opinion) poor. Second, they just delivered two kitchens worth of cabinets to the two condos I am renovating in Winter Park, and my contractor told me they were super helpful in getting all the cabinets into the condos - even though there is a ton of snow up there. (As a comparison, the delivery man for the flooring that was delivered yesterday just dumped the 2 pallets of Luxury Vinyl Plank in the parking lot and did not help my contractor get them to the condos at all.) Definitely Stone International has been a 5 Star company for me over the years.

From start to…read morefinish, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. One of the standout aspects of working with A2Z Builders was their seamless communication. Using WhatsApp, they kept track of every request, update, and change throughout the project. This made the entire process transparent, organized, and stress-free. Satchel, the Lead Project Manager, was truly the heart of the project. His patience, responsiveness, and empathy made the renovation experience smooth and enjoyable. He was detail-oriented, ensured everything was done correctly, and welcomed changes without hesitation. Satchel's leadership gave us confidence that our home was in the best hands. I'm already recommending Satchel to friends and family for remodeling projects because he's simply amazing! Philipe, another Project Manager, deserves recognition for his dedication to keeping the crew on time and each task running smoothly. His consistent presence onsite ensured that deadlines were met and quality was maintained. Thanks to his oversight, we always knew the project was progressing exactly as planned. He also has a great eye for style and gave us lots of recommendations :) Macy, Lead Designer, brought our vision to life with creativity and expertise. She guided us through the kitchen layout, tile selections, and bathroom accessories, helping us achieve a design that perfectly balanced our different styles. Her eye for detail tied the entire remodel together beautifully--from the kitchen and bathroom to the fireplace and beyond. We wholeheartedly recommend A2Z Builders to anyone considering a renovation--whether small or a full house remodel. Their team is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their clients. Choosing A2Z Builders was the best decision we made, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Satchel, Philipe, and Macy made the experience unforgettable, and we are grateful for their dedication, professionalism and expertise. Also, they were a blast to work with and we can't wait to do more projects with this team in the very near future!

This project was long and stressful. We signed the contract in March 2025. We had a discussion…read moreabout the expectations about our back yard porch which introduced a change. Then we decided to get a digital rendering of the porch which came out great, but came with a price of over $1k in addition to the initial Estimate which was over 40k. Some time went by and we heard very minimal about the project between March and August. I decided to do a review on yelp to motivate the company to do something with our project. I received a phone call from the PM about how this affects their business. I agreed that I would remove that review and add a review at the end. Our understanding was that there would be quality control and communication weekly along the way however; this was not the case. There were days where the painter and foundation person came when they said they would and other times they didn't. A couple of times I would go out and look and tell the construction worker that the quality was not acceptable. This occurred on more than one occasion. I called the PM to tell him that this was the problem. It got fixed and we ended up with a beautiful porch in Mid November with a total of $45k spent. If you have the time and money to spend to guide this project the exact way that you want then yes, otherwise; I would recommend a different company.

I love The Stone Collection. Over the past two years, I have embarked on a kitchen, bathroom, and…read morebasement renovation. My HGTV watching (Jasmine Roth of "Help, I Wrecked my House", in particular), introduced me to Quartzite. This magical material is wonderful for the wear and tear of kitchen counters, so I went shopping around several places in the Denver area. I can say there are quite a few stone providers with beautiful slabs, and helpful staff. But, I return always to The Stone Collection. Their warehouse off of I-70 is chock full of anything you could possibly want in a stone slab design solution. From granite to marble to quartzite, to premium stones like petrified wood and onyx, I fell in love with so many slabs that I had to enlist my son's help to figure out which ones to choose. The quartzite from Brazil seemed to fit my style. I ended up with Sauipe (named after a city in Brazil) for my kitchen and master bathroom, and some Baccarat slabs in my hallway bathroom. When the store in Denver did not have enough sauipe for my kitchen, I went online to the Stone Collection's website, and found a slab in Phoenix, AZ that would work for my kitchen island. For $150, they agreed to move the slab to the Denver warehouse for me. The staff in Denver was happy to help me choose my specific slabs, which entailed moving material around in the warehouse, and letting me gaze at them for an hour or more to choose my specific slabs. Then, they reserved those slabs for me for 30-45 days while the fabricator (Stone Hills, for which I've also provided a review) prepared to receive them, and they also moved the additional slabs from Phoenix to Denver. I may have missed my calling as a designer, as I loved looking through their warehouse and letting my imagination wander. While their website can be a good starting point, I found it flaky and hard to navigate when I spent a lot of time looking at many slabs in many different locations. Their prices also may be a bit higher, but not by a lot. The staff was quick to point out any flaws in the slabs, which was true in one case, and gave my fabricator a bit of a discount for that. Overall, if you are planning a renovation where counters or bathroom floors/walls are involved, I recommend that you spend an afternoon browsing through the slabs in The Stone Collection's warehouse, or at least go online to TheStoneCollection.com to see what they have currently available. Stock changes over time, and some are more popular than others. Learning about the different stones, and seeing the amazing variety may change the direction of your renovation!

If you're building or renovating and want a team that combines incredible product selection, expert guidance, and impeccable craftsmanship, The Stone Collection is truly second to none. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them.
