Their showroom is beautifully curated and showcases an incredible range of lighting, hardware, and plumbing fixtures. I recently purchased new fixtures for a kitchen remodel. I really appreciated the variety of brands Utra had available for me to see in person. Travis was extremely helpful in making the best choices for my project. He was great to deal with and always returned phone calls & emails promptly. I tried Lowe's, Home Depot, and shopping online (like Wayfair and Overstock.com). I wasn't finding modern contemporary items. Most of them were traditional (even COLONIAL) style which... aren't we done with that yet?!?! 250 years later? Anyway, I kept googling and binging and was not able to find a local showroom for plumbing supplies and fixtures. The searches were filled with ads for places in New Jersey or Wisconsin. Finally, I found Ultra Design Center buried on page 2 or 3 on my fifth attempt. I visited them immediately and am so glad I did. They offer a range of european and some american offerings that cost a little more than Lowe's, but with a huge selection, and cleaner, smarter designs. Stuff that Lowe's might carry in 5-10 years. The prices are 20% higher, but well worth it imo, because most of the choices from the big box stores were made in china. Bring your contractor or your plumber's business card to receive their contractor's discount. After receiving that discount my prices compared favorably with anything I found online. My salesperson Kris, helped me choose each and every item I needed to remodel two bathrooms. She was super helpful. It took two appointments to complete. This was during covid. The shipping is supposed to take 3-5 weeks, so shop early. read more

The person we worked with, Lauren Payalaskas never got back to us. Each and every time we had to reach out to her in order to get a matter resolved. It was so stressful. All she had to do was FOLLOW UP. She never reached out on her own. She never picks up, you get her voicemail. Out of town, in a meeting. This was the second person in sales to do that to us. Products are beautiful but they are certainly not the only game in town. We will NEVER go to Ultra Design Center again. The Denver Design Center has the same products and more. read more

My wife and I were doing a bathroom remodel in Illinois and found ourselves spending some time in Denver. We decided to look for a showroom in Denver in order to see first-hand as many fixtures, sinks and bathroom items as we could. We stopped into the Ultra Design Center and Lauren helped us. We were honest about the project being 1,000 miles away, but Lauren was eager to assist us in our search for the perfect items. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and detail oriented. She answered all of our questions and did research before making recommendations for specific items. We decided that her help was so good and their selection so complete that we would give our business to Ultra despite it being in Denver and not back in our hometown. When we were given their offer, we found their prices were below the lowest prices we had found on the internet for the exact same items! Win, Win! On our first visit, he helped narrow our search of bathroom fixtures to the perfect selections, taking into account style, finish, quality, and cost. I had an appointment with Lauren at 2 p.m. I showed up early as I usually do and found out she had me down for noon so, since I was not there, she went to lunch. I could not have made an appointment for noon as I had a previous appointment that day. I took some time to check things out on my own (don't expect for anyone to even speak to you much less help in any way) and left her a sticky note (it was the only piece of paper offered to me) saying perhaps we could talk on the phone. I am appalled to say I never received a call. EVEN if it had been my mistake or a misunderstanding, I AM/WAS THE CLIENT and in the 25 years of customer service I had, it would have been up to her to reach out to me. I am happy to say the next day I met with Art at The Showroom at Rampart Supply and found what I was looking for. Art was very nice and knowledgeable and the items were delivered as promised. read more

Kris was great. We had found a particular, fairly rare, line of bathroom cabinetry and fixtures online and were trying to track it down locally. Kris figured out what we were looking for and was able to get it ordered promptly. We had a special ordered medicine cabinet that was expected to take several weeks to arrive, but it showed up early, the order was accurate, and my builder is installing it as we speak. Great location, excellent selection, good service and even a good price. I would definitely suggest it. read more

Don't bother unless you look rich. I've been here twice now and there was one person working the first time that was busy. I get that but went back and there were at least a half dozen sales people doing nothing but chatting with each other. I looked at kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, toilets, lighting, etc. Not one person approached me or asked if I needed any help even though I looked several in the eyes. I'm putting close to $200k in a remodel and I purposefully don't dress up to shop because everyone should be treated with respect and I'd rather reward the true salespeople that make an effort to display true customer service. All these bozos who think they are above helping someone dressed casually just lost out on a pretty hefty commission as I intend to take my business elsewhere. read more

This is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. We ordered a door handle in July and they told us we would have it in a few weeks. Here it is October 1 and we still don't have it, though they keep telling us it is on its way. The customer service has been abominable. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I called Ultra Design Center after having difficulties with the connectors on a high end kitchen faucet that I bought somewhere else. I had tried the local big box hardware stores and a local plumbing supply specialist and none knew what it was that I had. Since Ultra sells the brand, I called them to see if I could get parts. Lukasz in customer service explained the connector was a typical compression fitting. However, mine was not standard. He contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and we figured out that I had a european fitting and the end could be cut off and used as normal. So, instead of trying to sell me a part that wasn't necessary, he taught me how to properly install with the parts I had. All this in support of a product he didn't sell to me in the first place. In the current days of on-line retailing and global manufacturing it is getting hard to find brick and mortar establishments that have local parts and knowledgeable support for the products they sell. Ultra Design is one of them and I'll keep them on the top of my list for future needs. read more
