Just one week from the three year anniversary of purchasing it, the chandelier just quit working! The manufacturer, Troy Lighting, simply said, essentially, Too Bad, you've only got a one year warranty. UL, however, stepped up and connected us with a specialist in the lighting repair and restoration field and determined it could be repaired!!! We began purchasing from UL nearly 20 years ago and, today, more than 85% of the fixed and non-fixed lighting, and at least 35% of accessories, in our home are from them. Shocked that the employees are either not better trained to help customers or simply did not care. He called me a few weeks later to say your lamp is ready for pick up. Excellent repairs. So the shop looks a bit cluttered, and I commented that it looked like he had just about everything lamps. Yes, they do from every shape and style of shade to glass bulbs, to fixtures, switches, bulbs, to antiques, to new stuff -- they appear to have just about everything for lighting and lamps. I installed them in my shower (intermingled with with round glass tiles) and made some constellations the bathroom ceiling. I was very happy with the way it turned out. Last weekend the shower lights started flashing. I emailed the company and got a reply first thing Monday morning. It sounded like a transformer. They made sure I ordered the correct replacement and it was sent out the same day. I only had to unplug the old and plug in the new. Super easy and it works great again. I am very happy with the things I got from them.
