And sure enough, he had all the connectors, cables and power transformers needed to make the signs work using the Amazon LED strips. He even gave me a tutorial on how to use the connectors. We walked through the store, found the exterior lights, then looked at other displays. During our 5 - 10 min in the store, we saw 3 employees each sitting at their desks. There were no other customers in the store yet NONE of the 3 employees greeted us or even acknowledged that we were present. Incredibly POOR SERVICE!! Shocked that the employees are either not better trained to help customers or simply did not care. Disappointed in this store and would not consider purchasing lighting here given other good options in Denver.

He called me a few weeks later to say your lamp is ready for pick up. Excellent repairs. So the shop looks a bit cluttered, and I commented that it looked like he had just about everything lamps. Yes, they do from every shape and style of shade to glass bulbs, to fixtures, switches, bulbs, to antiques, to new stuff -- they appear to have just about everything for lighting and lamps. Good product and great service…read more I bought a bunch of the deck dots several years ago. I installed them in my shower (intermingled with with round glass tiles) and made some constellations the bathroom ceiling. I was very happy with the way it turned out. Last weekend the shower lights started flashing. I emailed the company and got a reply first thing Monday morning. It sounded like a transformer. They made sure I ordered the correct replacement and it was sent out the same day. I only had to unplug the old and plug in the new. Super easy and it works great again. I am very happy with the things I got from them.

However, when the solutions offered failed to resolve the malfunction, there were no further communications, no return instructions, and no refund. They just went silent. If you are going to purchase from them outside the Denver area, just assume that support and returns, even for defective items, may not be available.

Needed a custom order that would require lamps plus to work with the vendor (Schonbek.) April 14th, placed order. April 30th returned order. May 14 finally heard back from lamps plus on custom order. Took payment by phone. May 25th lamps plus called. Needs a signed PO for custom order. So the order was never placed. June 3rd. Manager calls to ask us to sign the PO to place order. June 6th. Received a call from lamps plus stating they didn't process payment yet and I'll be receiving an email with instructions payment. June 7th. Received sketchy outlook email requesting me to email respond with my credit card info, address, 3 digit code. Of course I refused to do this. June 24th. Received phone call from lamps plus to confirm color after 2 weeks. Applause. June 26th. Lamps plus Called to say the color is going to be double the price. Kind sales said we can either pay for the difference or get a full refund. This is fraud and extortion. I will not be paying double. I will not accept a full refund. I expect to get a product I paid for and extra to customize it. That's it. Good luck to future customers.
