I first came in contact with this company at the Denver Home show. I had spoke with Yo there and…read moregot some initial information on purchasing a shed from them. I mulled it over for a few weeks and when I made my decision I went to their location. I spent about an hour with Yo, who I had met at the home show and we went through the whole process of figuring out what I wanted, the things I could add and paint colors available. I was a bit shocked when I asked how far out it would be scheduled. I was told I could have it by the end of the week if I wanted it. That was really wild to me. I decided I needed to push it out 2 weeks so I could get rid of the existing structure and give enough noticed at my job. Then after changing my mind several times on roof pitch direction, door placement , color and do I want a window, skylight or both the decisions were finally maid, drawn up and the date was set. Stupid me forgot to bring along the credit card I wanted to put the deposit on with me but it was no problem. I could call when I got home and give them the information so there was no return trip required. I also needed to take some additional pictures since I made a trip to their location for this. They were more then willing to come to my house to do a site survey and discuss everything, but I like to see the operation and how things work so I was more then glad to go to their shop. I was also able to email the pictures they needed of the proposed site and back yard access they requested. On the day of the build they showed up on time and ready to go. They began to unload and were literally building within about 20 mins. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything they needed was on or in that truck. Things went up really quick and with out issue. The bottom frame was put together and leveled, floor installed, walls added and then the roof rafters went up. Soon shingles and touch up paint and they were done. It took 5-6 hours and it was all complete. They cleaned up and just like that...they were gone. The guys who came were polite and friendly and just as eager to get it done as I was to have it done. They answered my questions and asked me to do a walk around to see if there was anything they missed for touch up. Always good to have another set of eyes on things. I am happy to say they hadn't missed a thing but I appreciated that they wanted to make sure I was completely happy with their work. I can't imagine things having been easier or going smoother, they even put up my solar lights for me. I can't say enough about the entire process. I am very used to doing things myself so not having my hands in at least something was not what I am used too at all. The shed has a 20 year warranty with it as well. Go see Yo and the guys at the next home show or call them up for an appointment. It was well worth not having to lift a finger and have a great building at the end of the day.

I purchased a Tuff Shed through Home Depot. Everything was great until after the sale and…read moreinstallation. During the construction I pointed out something I felt was wrong and the response was "this is the way I always do it". After they left, I did my research and confirmed that it didn't comply with the manufacturers requirements and it was installed wrong! Tuff Shed's customer service after the sale was absolutely horrible. I would call and no response. I finally had to get Home Depot involved. After waiting on Tuff Shed for almost 3 weeks, I made one call to Home Depot's customer service in the morning and that night everything was fixed. Once all the repairs were made, Tuff Sheds has a great product. I looked at their local competitors and Tuff uses superior materials. Overall the Tuff Sheds are just better built. I also like the customization feature to meet my needs when selecting the shed. Even with all the problems, I would still purchase another Tuff Shed.

The initial contact with Ray was in Facebook market place on June 28 2025. I texted Ray what size shed I was needing build on site and asked for a price. After getting the number listed above for Ray, all further contact was made by texting between my cell and the 4141 number. On the first text I sent Ray my address and again the info on the shed I wanted built. On June 29 Ray asked if he had given me a build date, which I stated no and it would be helpful since I needed to clear the bild site of my old metal shed. I also asked about a warranty. He stated there is no written warranty, but he will fix any issues. I said I prefer a contract in writing, to which he stated he could do a contract in writing, there is no cost up front, and he could provide references. From June 30th Thru Jul 13th we discussed the style of shed, paint colors, shingles, cost, build site prep, and build date. We agreed upon a Barn storage shed, painted, with shingles for 1979 + 249 for paint and a 50 military discount with a build date of Jul 21. He stated he shows up at 7:30 am to start the build. On Jul 13 I confirmed with Ray that Jul 21 was still good for the build date and he simply replied "Yes". Between Jul 13 and Jul 20th I prep the build site by removing the old shed, leveling the ground as much as possible and removing two 8 foot sections of 6' privacy fencing to give Ray full access to build the shed. On Jul 21, I got up early to create a barrier so my dog could not interfere with the building process and made sure the area was clear. Then I waited, Ray was a no show, so I texted Ray at a little after 9:00am to ask if there was a delay. He stated he made a mistake and was installing another customers shed. So I asked if he could possibly fit me in later in the week and he stated it would be tight but could squeeze me in on Wednesday Jul 23. Jul 23 Ray texted me at 6:39 and stated he would have to postpone or cancel because he woke up to find his truck trailer and all the material for my shed was gone and he was waiting on the police to arrive. ( I have my doubts that this happened since this was the last message I received from Ray) Even though I have made several attempts to contact Ray from Jul 23 - Aug 1 He has never responded. To Ray, I am a 70 year old, disabled veteran who served 22 years in the Air Force to preserve the rights and freedoms for all Americans even for people like you. Live well!

I'm not sure why the petite young woman with brown hair and glasses in the gardening section has such a confrontational, rude, indignant, condescending attitude towards customers. Yesterday, we had to deal with her again. She's like forcing a square peg in a round hole, she just doesn't fit in with the genuinely helpful, small town vibe of this fantastic store. I saw after looking at other Yelp reviews that I'm not the only one who's encountered and immediately disliked dealing with her. Even simple, friendly, gardening small talk turns into something confrontational because she absolutely has to be right, until proven wrong. My advice would be to completely avoid her and enjoy the stellar service from any other employee. From my own experience, everyone else knocks it out of the ballpark with customer service and it's why I prefer to shop here, instead of the big box stores. This store is simply a gem in Parker.
