We went with Kitchens on Broadway after receiving a glowing recommendation from neighbors who had a great experience. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the designer they worked with had left the company, along with several other senior designers. We skipped doing our own homework and ended up regretting it. We paid a $1,200 design fee, and after six months--only after we had repeatedly asked for our money back--we finally received renderings and a layout that essentially copied a design we had already created ourselves using free online software and had provided to them three months earlier, so this was incredibly disappointing. Since then, we've done our own research and found several other reputable kitchen and bath designers in the Denver area who offer an initial design, budget estimate, and timeline before requiring any payment. Often being able to provide an initial design within 2 weeks. That level of transparency and professionalism made us realize how far off our experience here was. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence as there are better options out there.

Dealt with Lacy at the store. My husband took his time to go to the store to discuss the problem and they agreed to exchange the item. Fast forward two months - apparently Lacy never ordered the shower head for exchange. Then then told us the reason she did not order it was because we had to pay for it upfront. We were NOT aware that we had to pay for the replacement of our defective shower head. So here we are - months later after the expensive master bath remodel and spending thousands on the Brizo line. Terrible customer service. They told us Brizo prefers to do the exchanges this way. I mean really how hard is it to ship a replacement head to the store and just have the person bring the old one in when the item is ready and do the exchange given the fact the product is crap and not working properly. I even asked if the local rep could come to our home to look at how crappy this shower head is and trouble shoot the issue because we were unhappy with the product. Instead Rampart said we had to have the plumber come look at it who did the remodel and at that point - the plumber really did not care - its not like he sells the product line.

This was a very nice collaborative process, where we talked about appropriate overhangs, and how to deal with window trim that might be in the way. Templating took all 20 minutes. Within a week, we had the countertops installed, and sink mounted. They were very considerate to ask us about noise levels, since they knew we had a toddler that napped around the install time. Install was less than an hour, and it looks perfect! Just all around very professional and wonderful folks.
