So from day one it's not working and now with old fridge broke I've had no working fridge two weeks I complain again and they are sending a warranty service (different company) to repair in 1-2 days So you get a fridge, delivered defective, they come out multiple times and then kick it to warranty. Heck even Home Depot would have had me a replacement by now. So just so you know if they give you a broken fridge it's basically "call manufacturer" Maybe if they deliver something you can test right away it's better. Don't buy fridges here

The customer service here out shines all competitors. I was immediately greeted by Julie, she was friendly and even told me where the sale portion of the tile was stashed away. The options for tile can become over whelming to say the least, Alex another extremely friendly associate offered me large samples to take home to compare to my flooring which helped tremendously. Alex quickly whipped a quote and I left with my samples. Within a half hour Alex called to tell me that one of the tiles I had been eyeing was on sale, he went out of his way to double check the pricing and leave me a thoughtful message. This service is what compelled me to decide to order my tile with this company. (As well as the beautiful product) Even though my 100 square ft order is most likely tiny in this company's grand scheme of things I was and continue to be treated like a super star all thanks to Alex's enthusiastic service and welcoming and genuine personality.

I purchased 4 different tiles from Bedrosians for my home remodel. The tile for the primary bath…read morefloor was not all the same lot number and the floor had lines in it with the two different tile lot numbers. This required that the floor be torn apart, potentially damaging the floor underneath. They would not replace the tile and we had to order more and pay for the demo/retiling of the floor ourselves, which was a significant cost. Then we ordered tile for our kitchen backsplash based upon tile samples they provided for us out of their showroom. The tile that came in looked like it had bloody finger prints all over it - which were not at all on the samples. We immediately called Bedrosians and they refused to refund our money or replace the tile, stating that it was a special order tile. One that looked NOTHING like the sample THEY GAVE ME! This store is only interested in one thing... your hard-earned money. Once they have it, even if there are errors that are their fault, they will not reimburse you or take returns. Bedrosians cost us a significant amount of $$ and we are stuck with tile we will never use that has bloody finger prints on it. We will never, ever, buy anything from this store again, and now my contractor will not either based upon our experience. Because of the kitchen tile disaster, I had to hurry and find in-stock tile because the tile setter was there. I had a much better and less expensive experience with Floor & Decor, and I brought the tile I chose home with me. It turned out beautifully. Shopping at Bedrosians is not worth the heartburn you will experience from absolutely terrible customer service and policies. Go elsewhere.

The folks in the front office/showroom are always helpful - patiently helped us make choices over several visits. I picked up a portion of our order at their warehouse and the folks in the Will Call office again were friendly, responsive and great. No one sitting around scrolling on their phones while I wait. The warehouse people who brought out my order and helped load were also great. Finally, the tile and quartz products we purchased are all good-to-excellent quality, much better than the digitally-printed subpar stuff at Floor and Decor. I recommend them over so many others!

Clarissa asked for me to send photos to her. Within an hour, she had researched my tile and called back. She was unable to get my outdated tiles but gave me 2 different leads in CA. She suggested that I might want to expand my search for larger tiles that could be cut to my existing tile size. Sure enough, the almost exact tile match was found in CA. It was shipped 2 days later, was cut to size and the shower looks beautiful. Thank you Clarissa for your expertise and kindness. Customer service like that doesn't come along everyday.

We've used carpet exchange a few times over the last 20 years. This time, we worked with them for…read morecarpet on the second floor of the house. The in-house staff is responsive and knowledgeable. It's always easy to get good, honest answers to questions. We chose a pet friendly nylon from Shaw and are happy with the carpet itself. But I do have a few issues. 1. They require payment in full in advance. I get it since their installers are outsourced. But I prefer working with more customer-centric businesses. 2. The installation was not the best. The team was not as considerate as we hoped. They did show up on time and verify they had the right product. Great. Once they got to work, they blasted music without asking. Since my husband and I work from home, we asked them to turn it down/off. Which they did without complaint. Later, one of the guys used the primary toilet for some time without asking. Granted, we could have shown them which toilet we wanted them to use. I just feel the primary bedroom's toilet is off limits in any home. I wish they had asked which bathroom to use instead. The cleanup was also rushed, so they missed a big area where fibers fell that we cleaned up ourselves. While they did move furniture (which we paid for), we're pretty sure they damaged an expensive dresser but we can't prove it. If you hire them to move furniture, photograph it in detail right beforehand. Any one of these things in isolation wouldn't have mattered. But by the end of it I was pretty frustrated. None of this speaks to the staff of Carpet Exchange. As I said, they are excellent. The carpet is reasonably priced for the quality. But because of the install, I'm not sure I'd use the company again.

Not only did a comparable product come in 1600 less, they were willing to measure free of charge to ensure they could do my main desk without a seam. It turned out that one wasn't needed as they suspected. The measure went well- they pointed out an issue with the previous desk supports, and I was able to get this addressed ahead of time. They were able to deliver on the installation, and I was happy with the final product. In the end, they were focused on my needs, which I greatly appreciated. Would recommend this location.

We were given neon safety vests to wear in the granite room (standard policy), and a list of all the granite names/price categories along with a little pencil, and off we were to go peruse. They have a HUGE selection of granite - lots of your common, less expensive types all the way up to the most spectacular, beautiful piece of rock you've ever seen in your life (which you will pay for, naturally), all broken out by price category (so you wouldn't get confused and start shopping above your price range). I was impressed by the selection and quality. We ultimately settled on our favorite, and unfortunately they were out of it, but they offered to put us on the wait list for when the next shipment came in. In the meantime, we went ahead and picked our 2nd favorite (and even got some very personal attention from one of the gentlemen who offered to show us some comparative slabs outside) and put it on hold for our designer to purchase later. They got all our info in the system and we were ready to go. Pretty easy process, and really everyone was so helpful and pretty friendly. I even called back several times to check on that other granite, hoping it would arrive in time for our project... it did not, but the girl on the phone was always very nice about me constantly bugging her. They also had a fantastic variety of tiles (for walls, floor, backsplashes, you name it), arranged very attractively. All in all, I would recommend this place to others looking for granite or any other kitchen/bath material.
