He has since refused to respond or address the numerous latent construction defects left behind. Kevin originally promised high-quality workmanship and a lifetime warranty. Instead, he hired two workers who frequently arrived late, behaved unprofessionally, and used inappropriate language around our family. Despite assurances, they rarely cleaned up the job site and often ran out of materials. On several occasions, I had to personally provide supplies just to prevent them from leaving after only a short time on the job. What was supposed to be a 3-4 week project turned into a frustrating delay that lasted more than two months. To make matters worse, his workers confided in me that they were not being paid, which only added to the dysfunction on-site. Despite multiple requests and clear evidence of unresolved issues (as shown in the attached photos), Kevin continues to ignore all attempts at communication. Throughout the project, Kevin frequently mentioned his personal health challenges and said he was working another job in the solar industry to make ends meet. Given the poor quality of his work and his lack of accountability, this unfortunately comes as no surprise.

Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV.
