***BEWARE*** This is my first bad review ever, and think many reviews are petty. But after countless attempts of me reaching out with no response (7 months), I feel obligated to warn the public. On the day of install, I noticed a banging sound on my roof. One of their helpers had grabbed my large push broom and began beating the roof on the north side to onock off the snow. Eventually the broom broke, and the helper put it back where he grabbed it and fashioned it as it was put together. (Pics) When they left, they left the site a mess. They left nails scattered all over my roof and my lawn, and a paint can on my chimney. I have children and large dogs, and am still finding nails everywhere on my property after 7 months. Many of the details (outlet channels) were not discussed in details, and when I pointed out alternative locations, they wouldn't respond. Much of the work was also super sloppy. They didn't replace wood or paint areas that were clearly damaged due removing the old gutters. They simply covered everything up with the new gutters. I was fine with them returning to address all of these issues, but after 7 months of trying, they are only interested in getting your money, doing a shit job and ghosting their customers. BEWARE!!! They talk a good game with warranties and telling you about the quality of their work, but that was the opposite of my experience. AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY, THEY ARE GHOSTS. Apparently they do concrete work and other exterior projects. I was going to use them for many more. But after the what I saw, I wouldn't ask them to dig a hole. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional, take pride in their work, and value their customers. read more

Quality gutters. They did follow through on things that need to fixed but we had to stay on top of them. Only other thing is we didn't like it when they showed up to do an item on the check list, they didn't call and make an appointment, they just showed up, did what they "thought " needed fixed and left with out even talking to the owners. I had these folks install gutters for me and it was a total nightmare. The installers had to come back multiple times to get the job done right. Then they talked me into gutter guards that they promised would prevent me from having to clean pine needles out of my gutters forever. Boy was THAT a lie ! This gutter guards have holes in them that the pine needles stick into like a pincushion. It takes ten times more work to remove the pine needles from the gutter guards than it EVER took just to pull them out of the gutters before the guards were installed. I've complained to them multiple times, but they no longer respond to my voice mails or emails. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS !!! read more

DO NOT HIRE DENCO GUTTERS & EXTERIORS! I had a leaking gutter end cap which caused some siding to rot. I called DenCo whose salesman suggested replacing that section of gutter, eliminating one downspout and replacing the second one, and replacing the rotten siding. On May 30, 2023, after the job was "completed", I paid the contract amount - $1,025. Then it rained. Water poured down the new siding. I called DENCO to complain. The crew showed up one day without warning to take a look. The crew chief said the overflow was occurring because the downspout was clogged. I was skeptical because it had been only five weeks. At any rate, he cleaned the downspout and used a hose to simulate rain. Same leak. Then he said that he would have a roofer come by to take a look. The roofer never called or showed. I called the DenCo crew chief again, and he gave me the roofer's name and number. I called and left a message. No response. So, in the end I paid $1,025 for a repair that didn't happen, and DenCo has taken no responsibility or refunded my money. read more

Quality work at excellent pricing. The team repaired, replaced siding and then painted the entire house, as well as adding a gate to and repairing the fencing. They kept the yard neat, answered all of my questions and concerns and did an excellent job overall. I would use them again. read more

I originally contacted DENCO to have gutter guards installed on my home. They have a good product at a good price. They came out and did the work and I was happy! So happy, that when I we had some gutter overflows during the heavy rains, they said I needed 6" gutters and down spouts instead of 4" . Again, they gave me a good price, and they came out and finished the work, and again I was happy!....Until the gutters continued to overflow in one area. Jose came out and made some adjustments, which he tells me will solve the problems. There was no charge for those repairs, so I was happy. So happy, That when we need to replace a window, we removed the window and sent them the measurements, and they ordered the window. 3-4 weeks later, we finally were able to schedule a date that moved 4 times before they came to install the window. Window was the wrong size. I was not happy. They took measurements and ordered a new window. 3-4 weeks later, we finally were able to schedule another date that moved 3 times before they came to install the window. $350 for the window, $800 for installation. Again, not happy. Then there is some gunk between the glass, so we may need to go again. Over 2 months to replace a window. The mixed review should tell you that DENCO is a gutter company, nowt a window company. They could also use and office manage/scheduler. read more

Let me start with the fact that I am a senior citizen, honorably discharged United States Navy veteran with stage 4 COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and on oxygen 24 hours a day. I called Denco to get an estimate on installing wide mouth outlets on my gutters. Brian MIller came over and right off the bat told me he could see the gutters in the front of the house were not level and need to be serviced. He looked at the back and saw the gutter was installed in two pieces instead of one, it always leaked at the connection when it rained. I told him what I wanted done and he punched some numbers in his phone and showed me the screen and it showed $377.00 he said they would provide the outlets and clean, service and repair all gutters. I told him I could not afford to do the back gutter, he punched more numbers in his phone and showed me the screen which showed $500. He said that was for everything, I said that was a great price and said lets do it. A few days later 6 guys in two trucks showed up, led by the owner Jose, they were out of here in 1 hour and 15 minutes. When Jose came up to the door to tell me they were done and wanted to collect the 500 dollars. I pointed to the front corner gutter and told him the water always flows over the corner every time it rains and he looked at me and said its fine it just had a lot of leaves in it which they all cleaned. In my condition I can no longer get up the ladder and move around the roof so I asked my son to go up on the roof and check out the new outlets, (the connection from the gutter to the downspout), he came down from the roof and said they did replace the gutter in the back and clean the gutters but no outlets were installed. I have 5 inch gutters with tiny little holes were the outlets should be, the holes look like they were busted out with a hammer, 2x3 inch openings. I called the office the next day with no answer at 12:30 in the afternoon and finally left a msg for Jose to call me back, he never did. I called Brian at 12:40 and he said he would come by the next day, he never showed up. I call Brian the next day and he said he was busy but would come by to see what I was talking about the next day. I waited till 5:00pm and he never showed up so I tried calling but got no answer. I tried calling Brian the next day, his business card he gave me had two numbers, office and a direct line, I tried calling both numbers and it did not even ring! I guess I got blocked! I then tried calling Jose again but got no answer, I left a message for him to call me back but he never did. I then sent an email to Jose for him to call me back and help me with this problem. He never got back to me, I can't believe that I got ripped off so bad. This is the first time I have ever left a review for any company but this has to be told! In compliance with the HOA's requirements to complete exterior repairs in advance of scheduled painting for the townhouse complex, we discovered that the gutter above our overhead garage door had failed and leaked for years. The extent of the damage was not initially apparent. We contacted three companies that were experienced in gutter and roof repair to inspect and quote the work, which included Denco Gutters and Exteriors. Denco's quote was reasonable, and also the most detailed and complete. Jose Carrillo, Denco's President walked through the bid and thoroughly answered our questions. Denco started on the date scheduled and the assigned crew was fully dedicated to the project from beginning to end. It wasn't until after the crew had removed the gutter, facia and siding that the extent of the damage was evident. The door header and framing were completely rotted and required replacement. This involved reconstructing the entire face of the garage. Jose was frequently onsite to inspect the progress and quality of the work performed. Denco did a great job, completing the work in three days and in 25 degree weather. We highly recommend Denco Gutter and Exteriors for your gutter, roofing and exterior repairs. read more
