But after countless attempts of me reaching out with no response (7 months), I feel obligated to warn the public. On the day of install, I noticed a banging sound on my roof. One of their helpers had grabbed my large push broom and began beating the roof on the north side to onock off the snow. Eventually the broom broke, and the helper put it back where he grabbed it and fashioned it as it was put together. (Pics) When they left, they left the site a mess. They left nails scattered all over my roof and my lawn, and a paint can on my chimney. I have children and large dogs, and am still finding nails everywhere on my property after 7 months. Many of the details (outlet channels) were not discussed in details, and when I pointed out alternative locations, they wouldn't respond. Much of the work was also super sloppy. They didn't replace wood or paint areas that were clearly damaged due removing the old gutters. They simply covered everything up with the new gutters. I was fine with them returning to address all of these issues, but after 7 months of trying, they are only interested in getting your money, doing a shit job and ghosting their customers. BEWARE!!! They talk a good game with warranties and telling you about the quality of their work, but that was the opposite of my experience. AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY, THEY ARE GHOSTS. Apparently they do concrete work and other exterior projects. I was going to use them for many more. But after the what I saw, I wouldn't ask them to dig a hole. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional, take pride in their work, and value their customers.
