It's a very bad estimate. They ask you to wait for so long and not communicate. Don't waste your time. They won't care of small project. After reading their reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and Google, I felt confident about their work. However, my experience so far has been quite disappointing. I've called several times with no answer, left three voicemails, and received no callbacks. It wasn't until I sent an email then Tom contacted me and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on the afternoon of 09/26. I had hoped the initial lack of communication was an anomaly, but unfortunately, I'm facing the same issue again. I reached out to Tom for an update, but have received no response via email or text. Then he told me he couldn't stop on that day then scheduled another time. That's ok but he didn't tell me that. I can't help but wonder if this is because I'm based in California, due to my foreign accent, or because my project is smaller profit compared to others. Don't trust the rate. It is hail season in CO, and my roof began to leak. The people who go door to door are untrustworthy, and are they from CO? Are they reputable? Who knows. I contracted with 730 S. Exteriors to remedy a roof leak last fall ('22). Unfortunately in late winter the freezing ice worked it's way up the shingles and leaked. I contacted Chris @ 730 S. Exteriors who immediately sent a repair crew to identify the issue and stop the leaking until such time the snow & ice had melted. The crew quickly identified the culprit & made that repair, but to be safe, extended the repair well beyond the leak for additional assurance. Chris and team did a fantastic job from the start to finish. They were right along side us as we had to appeal our insurance claim for hail damage. As a result of having them on-site, they were able to make sure that the adjuster saw all of the damage. The result was a successful claim. We also had solar panels so ensuring that the panels were removed and taken care of was a very important part of the process. The panels were off in one day and roof was put on in other. Good quality, but bad estimating and does not follow the contract. I was charged an extra $1,000 for fascia replacement even though my contract said "new facia where needed" was included. My facia was in bad shape but since the estimator saw the whole house and wrote into the contract that any necessary replacement was included they would not have charged the extra $1000 for exactly what was included. read more
