I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

They were given many opportunities to do the right thing and they never did. Today, a driver in one of their vehicles aggressively got right behind me following entirely too close and endangering myself and my daughter. When I called in the employee who answered the phone said "whatever dude" and hung up as I was explaining the situation in which his employee was endangering my daughter. Great show of an appreciation for safety. I wouldn't hire this company to reroof a garden shed.

I heard nothing back. I texted on June 24 and July 7. I called the office on June 26, June 29, July 1, July 8 and July 24. I also tried emailing. First I got no replies, only voicemail. Then I finally got a call back saying the office person was out due to an emergency and that they would get right on it. When I called again, I was told she had no idea why it was taking so long and would be in touch with me in 2-3 days. That was on July 24 and as of today, August 27, I heard nothing and have hired someone else. I told them if they didn't want to do this job for some reason to just tell me, not leave me hanging. They didn't even honor that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and uncaring of people's time. I can't imagine how horrible the work must be with this little care to details. Avoid at all costs!
