Full disclosure, this is my first home and I've never done a roof, nor utilized insurance for one. Christian was in our neighborhood and started chatting with my husband and actually treated him like a person! We typically aren't receptive to the "door to door" thing, but Christian is super down to earth and awesome! He checked out our roof and was confidant we could get it covered under our insurance policy. I work full time with two little boys, so not having to worry about anything made it SO easy! Christian worked around my schedule, even conference called my insurance when needed, and (along with Dawn who even called me while her daughter was in labor!!!) was able to handle about 95% of dealing with my insurance and getting everything handled. The actual day of the roofing was great. They dropped the materials the day before and they had the old roof off by about 9:15! In fact, they were SO good that my 10 month old and 3 year old literally napped through the roof going on! Here's the best part: we have a pretty expensive mini-split AC system with some insulated lines that run across a section of the roof on our garage. The team that did the roof was exceptional in being very careful around those lines and securing them down again once the new roof was installed! I haven't found a single nail yet, so the net system they use to catch the nails clearly works! It's been a fantastic experience. To top it all off, Christian happened to be in the area a couple of days ago and actually went out of his way to go buy a broom to sweep our driveway because he noticed some remaining granules! Literally the best experience I could have asked for and I will never recommend anyone else. Christian and the whole team at T Bare took everything off my plate and did a fantastic job, to boot! First and foremost I can say that not only do I recommend Tbare Roofing but that I will be a customer for life. Travis and his team were second to none with how quickly and professionally they handled our roof. I live in a mid century modern home with almost no pitch at all to the roof and no attic. After moving in, my husband and I noticed the various leaks within a year. Several other roofing companies offered us failed and lazy fixes to our leaking metal roof we knew that in order to fix everything once and for all, we needed a complete reroof. Several companies more or less told us that they couldn't guarantee a leak free result because they didn't have the experience with our style of roof. Travis was very confident that not only could they stop leaks but he gave us several material options that would all work for our flat roof. We opted to go for a new white elastomeric roof and new larger gutters and downspouts. It has since been 3 years since the roof was completed and through 3 very cold winters and very hot and rainy summers we haven't had any problems at all. In fact with the large square surface of our home's roof going from navy blue to white, our utility costs in the summer have been reduced drastically as well. This was my first experience filing an insurance claim for hail damage to our roof. I was naturally cautious and a bit skeptical when dealing with contractors I'm not familiar with. When Berry Ward of T-Bare roofing stopped by to examine and discuss our roof status, I was impressed with his attitude and values, which became apparent during the evaluation. I decided to go ahead with a quote which upon my approval was submitted to my insurance company (Amica). Amica's estimator was extremely thorough and produced a detailed scope of work statement. Berry worked up a quote, including a couple of upgrades I was interested in. These were heavier duty shingles and larger downspouts. The quote, including these upgrades was reasonable, and it was quickly accepted by my insurance company. T-Bare was able schedule the work in short order to work around my travel schedule. The job was 99.9% completed in one day. I am totally satisfied with the whole process I went through with T-Bare. I believe the company and their representative, Berry, have a conscious desire to satisfy their customers and deal fairly with them. I had the pleasure of working with Leo from T bare roofing recently doing an inspection of my roof. Very professional young man with more knowledge than a lot of other people on this business. Getting a roof replaced is never a fun job but Leo and T bare made it absolutely as easy as possible. They helped me through the whole process from doing the inspection from the hail damage from the summer that I had been putting off checking to the insurance claims process. We recently had a very positive experience through T-Bare in replacing our roof. Gayle Marie, project manager, was a joy to work with. She assisted us in every step of the process and in dealing with an initially poor insurance outcome. She connected us with a public adjuster which had a successful outcome and was an option we wouldn't have been aware of otherwise. The roofers were very efficient and were able to complete removal of three layers of roofing, installing a new roof and cleaning up in a day, working until after dark. Gayle Marie was in attendance all day and came back the next day to ensure everything was clean and to our satisfaction. We had just had our roof replaced 3 years ago, then another round of hail!!! We had our insurance come out and said yes it would need replaced again! A day later I had a knock on my door and it was GayleMarie, she was so sweet and I said I wasn't ready yet and I would take her card! Then we literally talked for quite a while! Everyone I worked with at T Bare has been absolutely amazing. I have never had my roof done before and Cody and Marissa explained how everything worked and guided me through the whole process! The roofers themselves treated my property as if it were their own. By the time I got home that night, besides a brand new beautiful roof, I would not have even known they were there. Charles Lane from T-Bare Roofing came by to check our roof after the hail storm this year. Turns out our roof was one of the few that survived the storm, however it did have some other non hail related damage in a few isolated areas. Charles worked with the owner Travis Bare to get us very reasonable quote to repair the damage. Travis came out to get the repair done and made sure the shingles matched exactly what we had already on the house. You cannot even tell anything was done!
