Each time they would call a few days later, or one time a week later, or two times they didn't call at all - I had to call them and ask why they didn't show up. The excuse was usually that they had other work that dragged over. I finally had to fire them. Don't hire this company if you want the work done in a timely manner. In fact, don't hire them at all -- you will be sorry!! I am very glad they did not get the chance to actually do the siding work at my home, as I have no doubt their work is as sloppy as their reliability.

Randy and Kevin both are the worst sort of contractors as far as customer relations. I'm not saying their work isn't good quality - I had recommends from other customers that say it is. Where they failed is the very first keystone in a contractor's business - communicating with a client in a timely manner - especially one like me that was literally begging to write them a check and get the work done. I should know this, I've been a general contractor for 15 years.

Slaughter comes back and does the crap bad companies do and submit to the insurance for $18k. Except the insurance wouldn't cover it because they quoted $11k. Long story short we ended up having to pay out of pocket $7k. Do not trust them. It might be "just the insurance business" but they are all crooks. To top it off they gave us a "coupon" for $800 and wouldn't honor it at the end of the work.
