I could tell from the beginning that we were in good hands when you brought your team out to meet with us and go over every step you would be taking and address our concerns about parking issues, waste removal, protecting the grounds and daily clean up. Then you went above and beyond by personally going door to door with me to talk to our residents about the impact. I heard nothing but positive comments about how quickly the job was completed even though you faced adverse weather conditions. And then your team followed up and went the extra mile by taking care of some roof issues that were not even on the plan. Thank you so much!

Although my insurance agent discouraged me from filing a claim (of course), when I first met Zach Miller (Project Manager), I knew I was in good hands. Every worker I came in contact with was professional and did an outstanding job. One man, Connor, even cleaned out my gutters before the gutter guards were replace - above and beyond the call of duty. The city inspector said 'Looks nice. Good job' so I was assured it was, indeed, a good job. Excellent company, excellent workmen. I'd give ten stars if possible. Highly recommend this company! MaryJoel

I have dogs and I appreciated the call days before the roof installation so I could take them to a different location. The roof installation took only a day and it is beautiful. The gutters took a little longer to install but that was not their fault. The weather did not want to cooperate. The roofers and the gutter guys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I'm glad I chose Expert Exteriors. They have great customer service and are very professional. They did great work on both the roof and gutters. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Guess am one of the first reviewers for Expert Exteriors but want to say I am very happy with the…read moreRoofing Job they did for my house in Loveland. After a hail storm in August, I noticed extensive shingle particles in my downspouts. In September, I started a claim with my insurance company. They sent an "independent" inspector (code word for crap) to inspect and provide an estimate. I was shocked at how minimal the inspection and repair estimate was. They essentially were expecting me to do "spot repairs" after extensive hail damage. My neighbors had their roof replaced in mid-Summer by Expert Exteriors and were very happy with the results. I called Expert and Billy came by and performed a very thorough inspection, documenting damage with photos, something the "independent" contractor didn't even bother to do. Billy also discovered I had a "double roof" (second set of shingles nailed to first layer, a BIG code violation in Colorado) which occurred before I purchased the house about five years ago. I intend to have some strong words with the home inspection service I hired during purchase (they owe my some answers!). I also requested inspections from two other companies in Loveland, Gold Roofing and Pride Roofing. Not only did they miss the double roof, but said my roof had minimal damage that was already documented via photos. I am NOT impressed by their aloof attitude and lack of attention to detail and will tell everyone I know about my experiences with them. Billy and Expert Exteriors went to bat with for me with my insurance company. Finally, after significant wrangling, my insurance honored their part of the policy and approved for a whole roof replacement. Expert Exteriors completed the job in one day, and cleaned up completely afterwards. I am very happy with Billy and Expert Exteriors and heartily recommend them as a candidate for your next roof replacement.
