Prior to choosing WestPro, we did our due diligence. We identified and sought proposals from several contractors held in high esteem, to include WestPro. West Pro provided us with a fully understandable, highly detailed proposal covering all contingencies to include an offer to assist in financing the cost of this significant project for our community. Jordan spent hours with us patiently and carefully explaining what was needed, the value of James Hardie Siding and what WestPro will provide. WestPro has been and is one the most professional siding contractors in the industry. From initial contact all the way through our completed project, the team at WestPro was highly communicative. Throughout this recreation of our community, Jordan and Clay frequently met with us onsite to make sure that all contingencies were addressed and met. In certain instances, specific needs were identified by Jordan and Clay that did not fall under the original scope of work. I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

The reason that I went with them was because their name was easy to remember. They went up to my roof, cleaned up the damaged, mess leftover, by ASAP roofing, repaired my roof in a reasonable amount of time, they passed HOA inspection and I paid them. Can you believe that ASAP roofing was going to use the cheapest shingles they could find to maximize their profit, furthermore, the tiles that they wanted to use were not even builder grade tiles! They were cheaper than what came with the house! My home is only 4 years old! ASAP had so many complaints, with the help of my case, our HOA posted a warning letter to our community, telling us not to use them. Too bad the poor smuck across the street didn't listen and didn't read the letter. That same fool, tried to save money on his water bill, tore up his front lawn, and rocked it all. So the HOA, fined him and he had to re- sod his front lawn again! I can't wait till that fool walks across the street to ask me about, ASAP. I will tell him that it sucks to be you! I reached out for his opinion, and he was honest in what he thought would get the leak solved for the least cost. He suggested a patch and seal job would last at least half a decade, which fit our needs, but obviously a full replacement would be a more permanent solution. As we opted for the patch and seal, his team were quick to get the job done, and payment was super easy. Fast forward a few months to early May, when it's been raining nonstop the past few days, and no leaks! Of course, I hope the work they've done lasts longer than five years, but I know who to contact when I need it.
