We recently had an old deck removed and replaced it with a concrete patio. Removing the deck left some exposed area where it previously connected to the foundation. I contacted Koalaty via Yelp and they promptly provided me with an estimate and a timeline. Once we got started it was extremely easy and convenient. Rigo was the gentlemen who came out and worked on our project and he crushed it. My wife was blown away by the quality of work. Well done! Most importantly, the cost was extremely reasonable. Especially when you consider the quality of work. Thanks Koalaty! You can count on my business in the future.

I usually do my own house repairs, but my chimney siding was looking pretty bad, my roof is steep, and it was just beyond my know-how and comfort level of safety to get up and mess with it. I found Koalaty and ended up having them fix it. When I saw what they had to do to get the chimney right and I started looking at other things on the exterior of the house, I added more and more to the job and we ended up cleaning up all the problem spots on the exterior siding and trim, and it looks great. It probably looks better than it did when the house was new. I noticed a couple of little things after they had left and they came back and cleaned up, too.

My husband and I have been restoring our 100+ year old house in Denver, and as you can expect, there are often a lot of "surprise" repairs. Recently, when we had to replace our gutters, we found out that we also needed to replace all the fascia, soffits and some siding connected to the gutters as they were rotten. Enter Koalaty Siding Repair! We were so appreciative they were able to help us split up the project into phases and then help us select the right product for our needs, all within this "surprise" for our budget. Now, with our recent snowstorms, we're extra thankful for the new soffit, fascia and portions of the siding, and we're resting assured, as we know Koalaty's team did a great job. We look forward to scheduling the next phase to complete the job - once our budget has recovered from this needed surprise repair. Thank you to the whole Koalaty team!

I bought a new house with serious siding issues on the backside of the house. After doing some research I decided that I wanted to replace all the siding with a much better material. After receiving some crazy expensive bids from a few siding companies I called Koalaty siding. Koalaty Siding's owner personally came to my house and found a way to get the entire job done within my budget. They took great care of me from the beginning design, actual construction, and the finishing touches. The job was finished on time and right on budget. I couldn't be happier with how beautiful my house turned out. Please see the posted pictures I have included!

More sloppy painting. They painted after they installed the grey siding so now there's white paint where there shouldn't be.

I don't usually take the time to write detailed reviews but felt it was necessary. This review is a compilation of letdowns over the course of 6 months. About our siding project: we had the siding replaced on our small house with new vinyl siding. The first of many "miscommunications" occurred after we selected the colors for the new siding. We were given a selection of colors to choose from and about 2 months after we had chosen our final color scheme, we were told by Lenore that our colors weren't available any more and that we had to pick new ones. We understood their reasoning which was 'production delays' due to covid. We were given other options and then told those colors actually weren't available either. Finally, we just asked for a list of colors that were actually available and most of them were similar to the 90's colors we were trying to replace...finally, at our request, Lenore was able to find another company with available options that weren't out of date. From the beginning, we were told that from "start to finish" our house would take one week and that Koalaty only focuses on one project at a time. To sum things up 1) The project took weeks upon weeks with minimal updates and communication from Koalaty. We weren't living at the house (which they knew) so we politely asked about progress after a couple of days and we were reprimanded like children and were told that their crew worked "morning until night"...which was false and we had to check on them/ask where their crew was because no one was there to work quite frequently per our neighbors 2) From the initial walk-through, the miscommunication was evident. Even with clear, direct text messages via the Telegram app that they make you download for "legendary' communication, many things that were promised to us were simply ignored and when we clearly referenced the topic at hand, they just said there was "miscommunication." Our constant theme of the project was that Koalaty over promised and grossly under delivered. 3) The ONLY topic that mattered to Koalaty was payment and they made it VERY CLEAR over (and over and over and over) they only care about money and getting paid before the completion of the project. From the start, way before the project was done, they were persistent, unprofessional and flat out rude regarding their payment requests via the telegram app. It was borderline harassment. Asking for payment via text message on a daily basis before the paint was even dry was beyond our disbelief. We were happy to pay when the project was complete but Darren's approach was distasteful and haughty. Beyond the unprofessional "miscommunication" on a daily basis between Lenore, Darren and Daniil on the Telegram app, we were most disappointed in the actual work. The pictures speak for themselves and if you scroll through, you will see how our final siding project turned out: it looks like high schoolers installed it and they chose our house to learn and practice how to caulk, paint and install siding/trim. We took clear photos that showed exactly how unacceptable their craftsmanship was and asked them multiple times to remedy the shotty work. The few things they decided to "fix" encompassed them smearing more caulking over the holes and cut marks in the new siding. The painters did a terrible job and instead of fixing and replacing the areas of new siding they painted all over quite sloppily, Adam explained that their work was up to par with industry standard and simply offered us $500 off for us to get out of their hair (and for us to pay the remaining balance of course because that's all they care about). These were just a few of the highlights from our unfortunate encounters with Koalaty over the last few months but we could go on and on about how stressful and disappointing this experience has been. Replacing the siding on your home is a very expensive decision and Koalaty will absolutely disappoint you on all levels from start to finish. They are the most unprofessional and rude team we've worked with for any housing project.

We started the process with these folks over a year ago to have exterior paint done and a new addition done to our backyard deck. Joe Martucci was amazing in the set up and initial process of getting the project started. I had several bids but felt more comfortable with Joe and wanted to make sure I tossed the deck addition at him. He came through big!! Painters were fast and clean on the exterior paint that turned out amazing. The deck addition is above and beyond on quality and function. Milton the builder was one of the best people I have ever worked with as a customer. He's an amazing craftsman in what he does and just as amazing as an individual. Both Joe and Milton represent this company very well. The process is streamlined with communication through calls, text and a group app. We will definitely recommend Koalaty Home Services to everyone we know and will use them for many more projects as well. I tend to gravitate to people I connect with and found it here in Joe and Milton. Thanx again everyone!!

All fixed!! (The tiny holes in the right corner were there before from a gutter removal)

We discovered that a tenant renting our property had melted our siding with a bbq grill and had very little time to get a repair done. Our first estimate (from another company) was for over $1,100. That seemed quite high so I decided to see what another company could offer and thankfully I came across Koalaty. I was contacted very quickly over Yelp with an estimate of just a bit over 300 with parts and labor included! Not only that, but Daniel who did the repair came out on the weekend on a day he was off work to help finish the job - if you read this Daniel say thanks to your wife! The end result looks great and I ended up saving hundreds. Thank you Koalaty!

Before, well actually during.

After pondering a huge project for years, we finally bit the bullet and decided to get James Hardy board all around the whole house. We chose Koalaty Siding and repair for a several reasons. They were great at answering questions and explaining the job. They gave us a fair quote for the job done and we were happy to support a small business as we are also small business owners. Darren, Cory and Daniil were all great at communicating with us if we had any questions along the way. Our construction team was led by Luis. Luis and his team worked hard and were very easy to get along with. It can be hard to find honest contractors out there. I can tell you that Koality followed through with everything they said they would do. The work was done right, at the price we agreed upon and on time! We are very pleased with how the work turned out and I would absolutely use Koality again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone for a job, big or small.

I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them.

Added additional flashing above the window. Something the home builder never did correctly.

JDI gave me outstanding options for replacing my windows at a great price. I did not get their premium windows. I just went for their second tier basic windows. The entire process from the initial consultation, measuring and ordering windows custom made for my home and installation was roughly 6 weeks. The owner who conducted the initial consultation, scheduler, crew foreman, and crew members were fast, efficient, cleaned up the demolition of the original windows beautifully and were very friendly. Some were even born and raised in the same neighborhood as me. I can't believe how nice these windows are, how they have improved the beauty, air tightness of my home for drafts, temperature changes and for outside ambient noise reduction. Their ease of use is outstanding. I can't say enough superlatives about JDI. I would give them 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU!!!!!

I continue to experience drafts and excessive noise through all the windows. The amount of noise I receive from planes (I live nowhere near an airport) and cars is crazy; it was never like this with my old builder grade windows. Furthermore, the caulking is very sloppy. The owner said he was ok with the work and threatened to place a lien on my property the day after the windows were installed if I didn't pay, even though I was not satisfied. Following the owner's suggestion, I completed a Home Energy Audit. I have attached a few photos from that audit which clearly demonstrate significant temperature differences. I have also attached videos demonstrating the air leakage using a fog machine.(I can't attach all the pictures and videos I have and would be happy to share) After I called the troubleshooter radio show, the owner sent a crew to insulate three of the windows that I felt were the worst (which helped a little). I was then asked to pay for the insulation of the remaining windows. It is unclear why new windows would be installed without proper spray foam insulation in the first place. Additionally, two of the windows still do not close or lock correctly, even after the sashes were replaced twice. Given my significant investment, this has been a regrettable experience.

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I finally had to call them and ask a second time for the estimate. The guy said it went to my junk mail, so he emailed it again. That was BS. I checked my junk mail folder and it never went to my junk mail. I don't have the estimate from them any longer as they conveniently become unavailable online after a period of time. I do recall that they wanted approximately $800 for one of the simple gutter repairs. I found a different roof installer that came out within a day and made both gutter repairs for $200. And he did indicate the one gutter needed to be rehung as it was not fully secure. He also had less than flattering comments on the installation. The gutter guy I found also rehung a downspout (included in the $200). In addition to the lack of warranty coverage for items that should have been covered, and the ridiculously high estimate prices for work, I asked them for a consultation for solar panels. And guess what? I got crickets from them. No phone call, no email and no text regarding the solar panels. My impression of Roper Roofing is they are VERY expensive relative to the competition, they don't stand behind their work with warranty coverage when necessary, and their overall customer service was horrible in my interactions with them.
