By Far the worst experience dealing with a Contractor. Quality of work was decent but left unfinished. We were told it would be done in a reasonable amount of time but would ask for more money to finish the project took way longer and we always felt we were on the back burner to complete our home project . Joe did go above and beyond for us and did as much as he could to help out . His Sub contractor (AD Construction) were always feuding and bashing each other . So you really didn't know who to believe. I would not hire AD Construction either if you see them . read more

I can't say enough good things about Constructify. It's very rare that I have a dedicated contact that I will immediately go to and will not shop around anymore. Also, note that I am a very involved buyer. I spoke with 11 subs/contractors in the recent weeks to really get the best of the best for our latest renovation. We've done many major projects but this one was special because it was our "forever home" and we were going to do everything right. So over the last decade, we've spoke to many many contractors, but it was a good time to really do our homework. After speaking to so many contractors and hiring some of them. Constructify became my favorite group to work with. They were on time, honest, over communicative, did great work, cleaned up, and hit the budget exactly. Lots of other little details as well. You can not say this about many contractors today, which is what makes Construcify so great because they were all of these things. We ultimately loved their work so much, we returned to them and completed multiple additional projects through them. The owners/partners (Mark/Joe) even stopped by the site to ensure everything was going well. Thank you! Our experience with Constructify was fantastic! I called around to over a dozen companies and all of them had ridiculous timelines and completely unreasonable quotes, or they didn't even have interest in repairing the small part of our siding that needed it without replacing all of it at once. When I got in touch with Mark at Constructify they gave us a reasonable price and a quick turnaround. Everyone was nice, the work was solid and done quickly, and the texts were even funny. A few years back, Constructify did a job for me and the results were very good. So, I contacted them again to do another job. This time, they said the work would be completed in a week. It took nearly three months for them to finish. And the bid, which was for repair of siding and repainting, I thought was clear, but it was not. The top of a tall false chimney needed to be resided and repainted. They said it would all be taken care of. Later, Mark said, "Oh, no, that was not included". That chimney was obviously in need of repair and one of the main reasons I needed the work done. So, after three months, I gave up and paid them in full, although they did not complete the work. I don't know if they had staffing problems or what, but I will not do work with Constructify again. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Joe and Mark. I attempted to add three, and successfully added two, new cutouts/windows to my 1900s home. When the dry wall came down for the third cutout, and we were staring at a 8' tall slab of 6" thick concrete and a main support beam, Joe was very accommodating and assumed the cost of the window and labor, no questions asked. My new windows have absolutely transformed my two rooms and are of great quality. Josh and Tyler were thorough in their workmanship and left my home cleaner than when they arrived.
