Dave did 99% of the work with State Farm and got our roof and a few out buildings 100% covered with 0 headache for us (after SF told us the damage was less than the deductible so we might as well not even file a claim). His crew came when expected, worked longer than expected because of some unexpected findings (taken care of at no additional charge to us), and did an amazing clean up. You will be happy!

After final inspection he came back to install one vent that was missed on the garage. They cleaned up thoroughly and left everything tidy. This company was also well priced, (we got a few quotes). The only hiccup we had was a trailer getting delivered without advance warning. The roof looks amazing and it was a great experience throughout! Thank you Alex!

They explained the various roof options available, made recommendations, and shared pros and cons. I never felt pressured that I was being upsold, and it really felt like my best interest was their top priority. The communication and scheduling was on point, The installation of the roof and new skylights was absolutely seamless! I also turned to the Kape team for other exterior and interior home projects - exterior paint and installation of new siding, along with interior baseboard, electrical, and some finishing work. Again, an absolutely awesome experience! Communication was always present, scheduling was easy, and I felt like I had a partner I could trust every step of the way. After having some pretty horrible experiences with contractors, Alex at Kape showed me that there are great companies out there who do quality work, charge fairly, and aren't trying to take advantage of their customers. Thank you Alex, Gage and the whole Kape team! You really are one of a kind!

Please read this review and avoid Apex Roofing. I am a home owner in Denver who suffered hail…read moredamage in 2019. I unfortunately contracted with Apex and almost 10 months later I still have an improperly installed roof. A roof has two parts - the underlayment and then the shingles. On my property AND my neighbor's (we share a duplex) the underlayment was not installed to manufacturer's specifications . This decreases the strength and life of the roof. This issue was discussed with Apex Roofing Management but they won't even return phone calls and will not discuss this issue. Furthermore, the roof failed inspection and The Denver Roofing Inspector can't actually see all the issues with a roof installation. Lastly, the mostly unsupervised workers damaged my property. Apex staff twice stated they would come out to fix these issues but, nope, never did. So now I'm left with a improperly installed roof with a significantly decreased life span and decreased strength. Please learn from my dreadful experience with this company.
