Pachner Exteriors installed a roof for us in the fall of 2025. They stopped and waited for it to stop raining upon my insistence. The rest of the project went pretty smooth after that. Fast forward to six months later and we noticed some high spots around some of the edges, which could be a problem in wind. We have tried to get someone out here for over a month, with no response. I have talked with three different people at Pachner, all apologizing for no one coming over, but still no one has come to look at the roof. Update: after posting my first review, Troy Pachner contacted me immediately. He made arrangements for a crew to come out to our house and address and correct our concerns within 2 days. Troy was excellent to work with and took care of our issues in a very timely matter.

Preston and Sherrie have been in the window business a long time, and came recommended by other neighbors on our street. They presented same-style Pinnacle windows from Windsor. They are an excellent replacement for our original. We got an estimate from another window company, and it was TWICE the cost of CCE's estimate. This is January 2025 so weather is not good. It was a factor in the length of the installation, but it went very well, and the windows look great. The crew were professional, very personable, and conscientious about their own quality of staining, sealing, installing. I highly recommend CCE.

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.
