Siding and some trim. The siding we chose was fiberglass due to durability and strength. A small crew did excellent work and were efficient. The only issue was with salesman promises about abilities of installing of lighting fixtures - he told us they could be made to hang flat against the siding, which turnedout was not true. The biggest problem was with attachment of the light fixtures. I feel we did get good value for our money. read more

I spent thousands of dollars on windows that are completely ineffective. Poor installation, left dirty handprints on walls. The sealant they used around the windows has the consistency almost of toothpaste - it just pills up when I try to clean it, so I can't clean it. When I complained to the salesperson, he basically blew me off. There's more to the story, but I should probably stop there. read more

Update: 4-21-2018. Missing screens were installed in February and the job was complete. I am happy with the windows so far. Paramount sent us a nice gift certificate and apologized for everything. I can appreciate their efforts to make things right, so I added 2 stars to my rating. I believe in owning one's mistakes and they are seemingly willing to do that, so apology accepted. I simply regret doing business with Paramount Siding & Windows, Inc., and I want to warn others so they may avoid the frustration and disappointment that comes from working with them. The ineptitude was experienced company wide from the salesman George LeBlanc on up to the upper management, specifically Jon Gamble and Jim Eldred. They made errors at almost every stage of the process, and have yet to make good on all their promises. It's a long saga that continues to this day; I ordered my windows on 5-18-17 and I'm STILL waiting on screens as of today 12-1-17. They are quick to apologize, but it means nothing and there is no action behind their apology. They will wear you down with apologies hoping you will forget in time... Doing business with them was like a comedy of errors, except it was not funny. Do yourself a favor and use another company. If you do go with them, you better have a lot of extra time in your life to deal with all their mistakes. Headed over to BBB site next. This company is a joke we hired them to do this sidding and the shutters on my house and the skirt around my modular home in October it's now almost February there still not done. and it was only only one side of my house. The only thing there good at is Excuses giving you a bill and cashing a check Im Serious don't hire them there's too many companies in Denver to be scamed by this company. I highly recommend Paramount Siding and Windows. My project involved replacing the deteriorating siding and trim on my 120 year old Victorian house. It required attention to detail and precise replication of architectural features. There was considerable time and skill required to decipher the components of the trim and replace them exactly. From Scott's initial visit to completion of the project, the professionalism was exceptional. Scott revisited the project several times as my needs and preferences evolved. He worked with me to edit the standard contract so that my concerns were all addressed. The availability of the cedar siding was in question due to COVID-19. Brandon kept in contact with me to address concerns with acquiring these materials as well as concerns with scheduling work when weather was most favorable. After project completion there was a slight problem with trim bending in one area. Brandon had the problem corrected within 48 hours of my reporting it. I was most impressed with the fact that all of my concerns were taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner. Jose and the crew were efficient and polite and worked both on-site and off-site to complete the project within 2 1/2 weeks. The site was always left clean at the end of the day. We had this company install two new windows and a sliding glass door. This was back in 2016. The windows are great, as is the door. The problem I had with this company is that they were going to walk away from the job without finishing out the vinyl to cover the windows. I did get them to do it on the sliding door, but they would charge us extra to complete it with the vinyl. What kind of company doesn't do a complete job? And this is something that we had discussed before we even signed the contract. Now I have two bare windows that will have to wait until I have my next set of windows replaced. read more

We are using Paramount to replace 10 windows, and it has been the biggest pain EVER! First, the guy was ALL OVER getting our business--calling and emailing all the time, getting us a fast quote, getting back to us with answers to questions within a couple hours, etc. We were initially skeptical because he took a phone call DURING our first meeting, and he showed up 30 minutes late without calling.....should've been a no-brainer not to go with them right there. Still, we went ahead and told him right after Christmas in December that we were ready to proceed, and he said install would be late January/early February. Great. That would've been fine. It finally got to be MARCH, and still no install. Every time we called our installer now, he either didn't answer, didn't return our call or had some sort of excuse. We called the company, and they put a new person on the job. Then we had to go through the measurement process all over again with the new guy. They then set up an install date for the end of March--eureka! But the install is supposed to be today, starting between 9 and 10am, yet no one has shown up to do the job. We both talked to people from the company, got the total run-around, and was ultimately told that our install got pushed back because of weather issues last week....yet NO ONE told us that! We think there's a different issue, and they're just trying to cover it up. Absolutely do NOT use this company!!!!! UPDATE : After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, our windows were installed, installed how they said they'd do it, and seemingly installed well. We do really like the Amerimax windows they installed--they work well and are extremely easy to take out and clean. The owner or manager (not sure which) drove out to our house to inspect afterward and was very apologetic. There was one issue that wasn't done correctly with one edge of trim on the outside of one window, and he got that scheduled to be taken care of. That had a couple hiccups, but it got done. read more

Paramount Siding and Windows has installed windows and doors several times for us. Once for us in our home in Silverthorne. We installed 3 major windows which required working on the 2 level, cutting out new larger templates and building headers to install beautiful windows to enhance the mountain views. Recently we called Brandon O'Leary, owner, to come again to our Thornton home to take out a small sliding back door and replace it with a 7X8 foot tall sliding door. Again requiring a new header. Paramount built a dust free room to work in and kept our house nice and clean while they installed the project. The installers came on time and were very professional. Jon the production  manager stayed on top of the project to completion. The installers drywall work was impeccable and they matched our existing paint perfectly.  Our new door is beautiful and opened up our house to the outdoors!  We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done siding and windows. Now we will be budgeting for new and better windows for the rest of our home in the near future. read more

I hired Paramount to do replacement on siding and windows that were damaged and/or destroyed on the North side of my house from a strong hailstorm. I went into this blind so I chose them based on the strong positive reviews they get. They sent out John, who appraised the job and gave me a quote. He was very friendly, prompt, and courteous. When the weather was nice enough to start the work, I was contacted by Brandon who is the project manager for this part of Wyoming (and Casper as well I think). Brandon is very polite and professional, and keeps good communication. He is very thorough in examining what needs to be done, how it got done, and how the customer felt about it - down to little details. Every thing went great until there was a problem with the subcontractor for the siding. Brandon took care of it, keeping in good communication with myself and the subcontractor until the subcontractor inevitably flaked out. Throughout the problem with the subcontractor, Brandon took my side of things and worked quickly to fix the problem. He reassigned me Johnny Wimberly of Storm King services of Morrill, NE (also highly recommended) who nailed the job in three days. The end result was high quality siding and windows professionally installed, and both Brandon and Johnny took painstaking time to make sure I was satisfied down to every little detail. I plan to get more siding and window work down down the line, and I wouldn't use anyone except Paramount in the future. read more
