    Brick work prep

I don't usually write reviews, but 303 Windows has earned it. I was on a mission to get my whole house re-windowed and add a slider to my dining room at the same time. I decided to go with 303 Windows mostly because I felt taken care of from the start. Jay was way more interested in getting the right replacement windows for our 1956 brick home than others that bid the job. He was the only contractor to recommend we replace our original casement style windows with new egress casements. The rooms now feel bigger because the windows are larger single pieces of glass that open to a 90 degree angle instead of two smaller pieces of glass split by a steel post that hardly open at all. I have zero regrets when comparing them to conventional sliding windows. We also had 303 Windows convert a nonfunctional dining room window into a sliding glass door. They even did the brick work! It has changed how we move around our house drastically and our dog loves it. Two of our window screens arrived damaged and Adrian, the crew chief, told me about that on install day and that he'd have to get them ordered. When Jay came by to check on the job after completion I mentioned it to him as well. Remember I told you I felt taken care of? Jay called his account manager at Anlin while he was standing in my living room to make sure those screens got replaced. He kept his word and they were installed a week later. Both of Jay's sons and also Adrian's son were on my install crew. Kind of feels like the old days of family run businesses passed down generationally. It is refreshing to work with a company that is looking to be around a while.

I cannot say enough great things about Jay and his team! Jay originally was one of three companies to come to my business to give an estimate. I had three specific requests. I wanted both security windows as well as black frames on the inside and out. Despite that the brand of windows he sells are generally white on the inside, Jay enlisted a painter to paint the interior frames black. He also delivered on a unique request to have a pine wood ledge installed with pine wood frames. Lastly, it was communicated up front that I was looking to work with unambiguously SOBER staff. If you have worked with contractors of late, you'll know there is many spacey ganja smokers and tweaky meth heads. All staff were sober and alert. In 2023 that is a competitive advantage! Now our stained glass art and hanging plants are framed in warm wood, as demonstrated in the photos below.

We actually had Jay come out a few years ago and give us a quote on all our windows. As things happen we put it on hold! Finally, this year we redid our kitchen, replaced 4 new front windows, new slider and new kitchen window. All windows arrived on time, and look great. His son Jake came back out and replaced a handel we wanted changed to a lock. Very nice and easy to work with. We'll be ready next year to replace the rest of our UGH 1969 windows.

I couldn't be happier with the work done by 303 Windows. We had originally contacted a larger retailer who quoted us thousands more, and we were going to have to make sacrifices in terms of style. I'm so glad I contacted 303 Windows. We got custom windows for way less. Jay was always so responsive and professional. And the installers were on time, did a great job, and were in and out in no time! If you need windows in the Denver area, do yourself a favor and contact Jay with 303 Windows. You won't be disappointed! :)

    New windows

Jay provided a fair quote and was easy to work with. I appreciate the crews job to get the windows installed in just a few days. The windows are far better than the original single pane.

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

The windows have done well this far but I have one where the brick mold, part of the window frame, has cracked. Contacted gravinas 4 months ago. Spoke with owner who had me send a text with pictures and told me he would get this ordered. A month went by with nothing. Called and the warranty person there, Tausha, told me it never got ordered, then told me I don't have lifetime guarantee but a limited warranty, I stated nope, I have the paperwork to show this. Then she tells me factory won't cover this but will see what she can do. Then get an email saying they will get it ordered and installed. Months go by, appointments to install keep getting canceled by them, and this goes on for two months. Then finally after 4 months the window guy shows with weatherstripping in his hand! I said that is not what needs to be fixed, he agrees. Call Tausha who tries to tell me that factory recommends installing this weather stripping to avoid more cracking. Umm what? I said that is not what needs fixed and was told you had ordered the brick mold around the window. Her response is "you want the brick mold replaced?" Umm, yes, that's what is cracked! Then she tells me well the warranty doesn't cover that. lol I ask for the owner to speak with him. Puts me on hold for 5 minutes then comes back on saying the owner will call you and come out and look and you guys can talk about it. Great! Well owner has yet to call or show up.
