Note the amount of bulk added from pre placed trim to the glass.

Seems to be a nice guy, installers are amazing. HATE my eight casement/picture windows. I was replacing twenty year old windows so the quality was for sure an upgrade, however I wish that I never would have replaced them at this point. I spent a lot of time with Dan trying to understand what window inserts would look like. Dan met me at my house with examples and I then followed up with a visit to their showroom. Never was it explained to me the bulk that these inserts would have. I was shocked upon install to see what they looked like. To the point where their installers had just a couple windows in when I called Dan's office to express my concerns about the bulk, loss of glass space, and cranks that float mid frame. I was told he would stop by soon. He came by after all were installed and after expressing my displeasure to him I was told I would have to get used to them and that they would be considered streamlined in Europe. After a few days and my hatred of them growing and feeling sick for the $6000 I had paid, I set up a new meeting at my house to discuss the situation. At that point I had come to the realization that I had lost about 12 square inches of glass per window! 4" top to bottom and 3" side to side. This was shocking to me that it was never mentioned during the meetings prior to ordering. I live in a town home and am connected on three sides of my house. These windows are the only view and natural light I get aside from a skylight and they had just shrunk by 12" each window. When Dan came out again, I had to take him to my neighbors houses to show him the original measurements and confirm the amount of glass that I had lost. He then told me that if I had full window replacement I would regain that glass space and the bulk would be reduced. That would have been good to know prior to purchase and install I would think. After he mentioned he would be giving me a break on a reorder I asked him to give me a quote for full window replacement cause I hated my inserts so much. Before leaving however he made a comment that being in town homes it would be easy for ME to resell my unwanted windows while also mentioning a $20,000+ install he was working on up north, which was beyond irritating because here he was seemingly making me the one who ate costs on this $6,000 project. Later that day I sent a letter to document my extreme displeasure in my windows and realization that I was now expected to carry the cost of new ones and sell the old ones myself. I was told not to worry and to wait for the new bid and to also expect a break from him on install to whoever I might be able to sell my windows to. I soon received a bid of $9000 to replace my $6000 despised inserts. Meanwhile, even though I'm not a window contractor who would have access to people who might be in need of windows, I myself contacted people in my neighborhood about them getting reduced priced window inserts with no responses. During this time the second half of my payment for my inserts were due and after paying in full Dan went silent. I emailed about warranty transfer to make sure that was the case to sweeten the deal for others and never got a response. I have never heard from him again. At this point I wish I would have kept my twenty year old windows. I get sick whenever I think of this whole experience and wish-wash back and forth on just taking them out and attempting to install my own self ordered windows and trying to sell the inserts online. If there had been more of an attempt to work with me on costs and overall with this issue Dan would have come out ahead given that I had three separate home owner approach me about recommends on window install after. Certainly would not recommend him however. I do have a vinyl slider window that was installed in the basement which I am happy with.

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

Called and the warranty person there, Tausha, told me it never got ordered, then told me I don't have lifetime guarantee but a limited warranty, I stated nope, I have the paperwork to show this. Then she tells me factory won't cover this but will see what she can do. Then get an email saying they will get it ordered and installed. It has been a breath of fresh air to work with Gravina's Window Center of Littleton. We had tried going the route of "finding a great deal" in the past, only to discover cheap is expensive in the long run, and our "deals" had left us with poor quality products and even worse quality workmanship. We decided this time around we would research and interview for all of the projects we were about to begin - this time it would be about finding the best value for our money, professionalism, quality and workmanship. Our first meeting with Gravina's was to look into replacing a few basement windows. After meeting with Jim Gravina, Mike Gravina and Justin Shyong - loving their energy, knowledge and ideas - we decided to have them replace the windows in the basement and replace our back patio doors. I can't begin to express how excited we were to see the finished project - the back door had become a favorite focal point of our home! Once we had actually seen, and experienced the difference with the windows, door and workmanship from Gravina's, it was a "no-brainer" to have them handle "phase two"... siding our garage and replacing the garage windows. Again, everything was awesome! Knowing that our James Hardy siding was done according to all of the proper guidelines of the product was important to us. Of course, with everything going better than we could have expected, I can honestly say, we were excited to hire Gravina's again for "phase three"... replacing the windows and front entry door on our main level (the remainder of the house), they continued to exceed our expectations and we are absolutely ecstatic about everything! John Gravina and his crew did an incredible job with our window & door installation, as well as Wynette & Samantha who had come back to do perfect staining of the interior windows, door and casings to match the hardwood floors in our home. It seems a little strange to say I was excited to work with a contractor - because I think many of us have experienced that nightmare of having someone in your home and just praying for the day they will leave - but the peace of mind knowing that things are going to be completed right, all of the proper follow thru will be done, having qualified and respectful people working in your home, knowing that you have a company you can trust, and knowing you will have beautiful windows, doors and siding to enjoy for years to come, is something to be excited about! Upon writing this review, I have reached out to Gravina's to let them know if they have a client that would like to see the work they have performed at our home, they are welcome to schedule a time with me to bring them by (this is something that we have only offered to do with Gravina's and Luxescapes, the landscape/hardscape company we worked with on our backyard that was also incredible). Because I don't want to post my personal contact information over the internet, if you wish to call me regarding our experience with Gravina's, you are welcome to get my number from Gravina's. If you are looking for windows, doors or siding, I would highly recommend contacting Jim, Mike or Justin to come by... you will not be disappointed! We hope you will find this information helpful in your search for a qualified contractor for your project! ~ Kevin & Jeri-Lynn ~
