This company has given us the run around from the beginning. Wanted money up front. Took them months to come do the siding. Took a sample of the siding from a different area so they could match it, but never fixed the spot they took the sample from, and are telling my mom that we did that, and they will not fix that spot. We were told that we need to hire a handyman to fix it. When you call they always say we will call you back by the end of the day, they never call back, we ended up having to keep calling them, but would always get he same answer, we'll call you back. Update to response from Nate C: No other company came out to look at the siding. Reflections was the only one. Why would we want to take a referral for someone else to fix it when it should have never had a piece missing in the first place, and definitely wouldn't take a referral from an untrustworthy company. read more

In yet another attempt to get Nate C to be accountable to the damage his company caused to my home, I contacted the window manufacturer (Amerimax) to see why the windows are leaking. They determined the windows are leaking due to broken seals on the garden window, and due to installation issues on the bay window. The analysis was sent to reflection windows, informing them that the installation is the cause, and they STILL refuse to fix the damage they caused. After contacting Nate Carr about the results of Amerimax, he STILL refuses to do anything. Nate Carr can blame the previous partnership, claim the company doesn't operate like that anymore etc..., the fact is, HE was an owner during the installation and damage to my home, he's STILL the owner now, yet refuses to own up to the damage his company caused. He is a master of excuses. He claims I was going to put the roof on over the bay window, IF I agreed to that, how/why did his company actually TRY to put the roof on (see pictures). Yet another example of reflection windows incompetence, they didn't install a tempered glass windows next to my door (which is code), nor did they pull a permit for word (which is a requirement in my city) As I interview other window companies and they see the damage to my home, they ask, "Who did this install?" When I tell them "reflection windows", EVERY one of them says, I wish you would have contacted us first, they should stick with washing windows, as they do an OK job at that. The Sales Manager was very respectful, informative, knowledgeable, listened and was patient with me. The installer who measured and ultimately installed my windows was terrific. After receiving several quotes on windows, Reflection Windows was the best. Quality of the windows is great! We're very happy with them. The install went well. My only complaint was that the windows were left very dirty - hand prints, dirt, and caulk were all over them (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). I do not recommend Reflection Windows. I had Amerimax windows installed last July and am still experiencing issues. The issue may be quality of Amerimax windows but Reflection Windows really pushed this brand and said they stood behind them. I have been dealing with window grids that do not line up properly on my windows and now one of my windows is bowed. I also had an installation issue where a huge chunk of of wall was not properly patched after installation. My painters found the issue months later when they were painting. Do not recommend. Ordered a slider with built in pet door. The Marketing Manager who came to my house reviewed everything beforehand. It took 8 weeks to receive the door. Installation took 2 hours which included removing the old door. The installers were friendly and professional, cleaned everything up and answered any questions I had. The door works extremely well and no draft thru the dog door. Only complaint I had is the office as they do not proactively contact their customers with dates. read more

I contacted Reflection Windows after the June hail storm to replace 7 windows and 2 sliding doors. Andrew, the sales rep came to my house within a day to meet with me and go over all of the damages. Reflection was the 4th company I called, as I was not comfortable with the other salesmen I spoke with. I ended up going with Reflection and Andrew worked with my insurance company line by line to make sure everything was billed properly. Long story short, I ended up getting premium windows and doors, nearly doubling the original window estimate from my insurance company. I am not sure if another company would have worked with the insurance as much as Andrew to make sure we got an upgraded product. As for the install, all the windows were the correct fit and the install team was very professional. They completed the job in the time they quoted, cleaned up after themselves and explained to me what they were doing as they went. We are very happy with the new windows and doors, and highly recommend Reflection Windows. read more

When I bought my dad's house I knew there were so many things that had to be done. One of the first things that had to be done was replacing the broken slider. john came out to talk to us and right away I knew I called the right company. He showed me all the doors with a good explanation but I knew right away I was going to get the Milgard windows as we had had them before. Eddie Flores then came out to do the measuring. He was polite, respectful and reflected well on the company. After delays on our side (HOA and all) we got our new slider in. Eddie Flores and his partner were quick, efficient, polite and very respectful of our things. The windows looks so nice, I want to take down the blinds! If you need windows, I can't think of a better place to buy them from; their staff from the salesman to the office manager to the installers were absolutely great (and patient!) and I will us them again when I get to the point of redoing the rest of our windows. read more

This is the second year Reflection Windows has cleaned the windows for my HOA. I would call ANY other window company as these guys A) Do a very sloppy job. B) leave the area a total mess (things like furniture on it's side, leave front door mats 5 feet away from the front door, the windows are streaked and need to be redone. To be clear, I called the HOA to let them know they needed to come back and fix the job. And they came at 7:40 AM this morning and moved the matt back to where it was supposed to be. The windows went in without much issue and they are great windows (fiberglass is definitely a step up). The only problem was the supervision of the window sill subcontractor (who worked under Reflection). The new sills were installed lower than the old ones and exposed more of the bottom of the window than intended. We ended up doing some touch up caulking to the bottom portion of the windows and in some cases it just doesn't look right. read more

This might be the only company that understands true customer service. Initially, the job wasn't done to my satisfaction. But they wanted to make it right and were very accommodating and amazing. In the end, I was extremely pleased with their work, the timeliness and the thorough job they did. The guys were very pleasant to deal with and trustworthy. We had all of our windows replaced through these guys and shoved out over $12k. All in all, not impressed. The windows themselves are good but be warned that Amerimax (the actual window manufacturer) does not like to honor their warranties. Back to Reflection. The sales guys are super pushy and I don't care for that at all. Each time we've ordered windows there was some kind of snafu and the windows opened in the wrong direction or were the wrong size. The customer service is mediocre at best. I'd caution potential window buyers to look around and find someone else more credible with a nicer sales team and stay clear of Amerimax. They are nice windows but the screens were the wrong size for the windows and they refused to fix them and Reflection offered to fix them at our expense never mind we have already spend too much money at a little over $1k a window! read more

Awful customer service- The first time we had them out it took forever to get my screens back. Had to call owner a number of times. We decided to give them another chance. The cleaner broke a screen and guess what 2 weeks later and I still don't have it. They stink!!!!!!!!!! Do not trust them or what they say. I give this business a 1 because there is not a lesser rating. We bought a very nice Millguard sliding door on 5/16/15 ($4557.00) knowing that it would take 5-6 weeks (per Al Courtney, the Program Director) to arrive. The door arrived to the warehouse on 7/16/15. The soonest we could have it installed based on THEIR workload was 7/24/15. Mind you, the door arrived 7/6/15. 40 minutes before the installer was to arrive on 7/24/15, I receive a call from Rhonda telling me that the frame o the door was cracked and they had to order a new one. Obviously NOONE inspected the door on arrival. Problem was, I had already removed my existing blinds that morning and had filled, spackled and painted the holes. My kitchen was open for the world to see. Rhonda arrived and installed these cheap, paper, pleated blinds that required a paperclip of sorts to hold up. She also stated our bill would be reduced by $200. The door was again slated for installation for August 17th. The installer, Jason, was three hours late. When he started to put the door in, we noticed a large hole along the top of the door. It seems, and we were not told, that this particular door comes two inches shorter than the "standard" door opening, so it would have to be framed in to fill the gap. Jason did not bring any lumber with him so he had to leave (asking for directions) to a local Home Depot. The lock mechanism on the door did not function. The screen door did not arrive with the door. I had to cut a piece of lumber to use as a makeshift deadbolt in order to lock my door at night and when we were gone. Jason left without caulking the holes he had made on the outside. He left jagged edges, nails protruding, and debris on my deck. A THIRD visit would be required. Jason returned on Saturday the 22nd with the panel from the original door. (The frame was cracked, not the door.) However, he spent over an hour screwing around with the old one trying to make it work rather than just popping the other panel in, finishing and leaving. Finally, the job was completed. I had to do my own paint touch up as Jason had minimal skills or eye for detail. But wait. It does not end there. On Friday the 28th, I again called Rhonda to request a bill/invoice be sent so that I could officially put this tooth pulling experience behind me. I gave Rhonda my email address (which she read back to me) to send me the invoice. I checked my inbox, spam, and trash multiple times daily. 5 days later (September 2nd) I call again. Mike answers and says he will have Rhonda call me. She does not do so. I am STILL awaiting an invoice read more

The most frustrating thing about working with this company--I was not informed that the wood on the outside of the window would split, chip, etc. When I looked at the final and saw all this split wood, I was told by the installer that he would caulk it and it would look fine. Ugh--so not fine!! I now need to bring in a painter-which I was never told that would potentially happen-because it wasn't sanded, looks awful and now the frame around all the windows in the front and back need to be sanded and painted. Also, they wanted to reschedule 3 times. Finally on the last call, I said absolutely no. When I tried to call the company regarding all of the above, I was ignored. Poor work ethic, poor quality, poor communication...my bad for choosing this company! Find someone else! read more

We had our windows replaced in our whole house and love the new windows. Amerimax windows are great. They brought one wrong size window, but they ordered the right one and put that one in just a few weeks later when it arrived. I love my built in pet door in my slider. No separate piece attached to the door which I love. It is only a small rectangle that is cut in to the corner of the door. It locks with a door cover so no one gets in or out. Bummed that my walls in the sliding door area were damaged so much, but I was warned. Had some issues with some minor things and never heard from our salesman, but Megan was great in making it right. I recommend this company! read more
