My installer was named Scott B. He was on time and was in constant communication with me during the process. Scott was very conscientious of his surroundings in that he protected them well. To elaborate, he was sure to cover the carpet - appropriately, didn't lay a towel down, he laid a large tarp down. Additionally he understood they were new windows into an existing opening so there was little, if any, damage to existing paint. I fully expected o have to paint the surrounding areas of the windows after the install, but I do not fell the need to. Scott was extremely detail oriented - I didn't have to point out issues and then he become aware, he was already that way. Lastly - he clean up his area well - vacuumed, didn't just broom the area. You wouldn't know he had worked there unless I told you. The windows worked perfectly and had a very good finished appearance - as it should be. This is the first time I worked with reflections, and will again based upon Scotts performance. I truly hope the company is making efforts to be sure the others working for them follow Scotts lead. Amazing customer service! Micheal took fantastic care of me the whole way through our project. He was always prompt about returning my calls and updating me on when my windows would be coming in. I really appreciated the communication. John was our salesmen and also was very nice and easy to talk too, not pushy at all. I got the quote fast and at a great price! We had 10 windows, an egress window and a french door installed in mid December. Eddie and his crew were amazing. They were timely and efficient and we couldn't be happier with the windows and the installation process! The egress window install was done by another crew. We were so happy with that process. I was concerned about the possible dust and mud but they kept everything covered in plastic until they were done, wrapped it up and took it out the egress window opening! The work was done in a professional manner and finished quickly. Needed a new patio door. Gentleman I talked to on phone was a little pushy, but the salesman was polite and explained everything. The installer did not show up to measure when he was supposed to, but when I contacted Reflection another installed called and showed up the next day. The door came in two weeks earlier than quoted.
