After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

I would love to be able to give zero stars…read more I will not be recomending Gravinas to anyone I know. We needed to get a quote for a couple of windows that needed to be replaced due to being damaged, and covered under insuance. We had a consultation at the house and were told we would recieve a quote in a couple days. We did not recieve a quote, which lead to us calling and leaving 5 messages with Chrissy. On the 6th call we finally got a hold of her, to then be told that the windows we were needing replaced would not be a match for insurance (which was never conveyed at the walkthrough of the house) and that it would be more expensive than what we had. I then asked if we could still get a breakdown of the quote to understand the differences. Chrissy proceeded to list numbers for a full install over the phone of an all inclusive package. When I asked for a breakdown of the pricing to fully grasp the whole package, she questioned whether we would really want to spend $3,500 per window and implied we could not afford it. Needless to say, it felt incredibly rude and condesending and we will not be giving Gravinas any business.

The last time my husband spoke to anyone, he was told late April/early May. It is now May 10th. It's been 9 months. No one has ever called us to inform us why it is taking so long. I assume the ball was dropped somewhere in the process. I want to cancel the order and forget it. I chose this company based on a personal recommendation. I thought we would get better customer service over the corporate options. Nope; it has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have EVER received. DO NOT hire this company. 9 months and counting.

I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

Like a lot of people in Colorado we received hail damage on our roof. Like a lot of people we had literally hundreds of calls, fliers, people knocking on doors, friends with recommendations. We really had no idea where to turn. We spoke with our insurance company and asked who would they recommend and I was advised to contact Duane McDowell (Senior Project Manager) from American Remodeling Inc. I called Duane and he responded within a copy of hours. The next day he was out at my house and gave me an estimate. Duane's ability to explain what needed to be done and the reason why was some of the best education I have received in my life. His patience knowledge and the ability to articulate each and every detail was fantastic. Dwayne spent a fair amount of time talking with both me and my wife and made a second trip out to reexplain some additional questions that had come up. The materials were delivered less and the work was completed less than a week later. The day of the installation Duane arrived before the crew to ensure everything was good to start. The work was completed unless then 6 hours the crew cleaned up and put the house back in order. Duane came out at the conclusion of the job and reviewed it with the team leader to ensure he and I were satisfied with the work done. Along with the roof replacement we had several other things that needed to be done and Dwayne was quite the professional and gave me some advice and input on what needed to be done. American Remodeling Inc. is fortunate to have Duane under their employment as he is a great ambassador and truly an asset to their agency. If Duane decided to change his profession to anything I would be one of his first clients because he is just that good. I have had the pleasure of working with Joey from American Remodeling twice I the past two years, so that we could replace the windows in our home. He was extremely professional and kind while walking us through the entire process, as well as the breakdown of the cost. He kept us informed every step the way and was always happy to answer any additional questions we called regarding it. We were so pleased with the quality of their work the time and how respectful Gordon's crew was when they did the first half that we were looking forward to the second half of the project. It was a large job on an old house and we had met with other companies in the past, but American Remodeling was by far the best company that we had seen. When it came time for the second half of the project a year later we were pleased to have the same crew return to do it. The job came out amazing, we couldn't be more pleased with the new windows they installed or the customer service we received. It was great working with Joey on this update to our home, and very refreshing to deal with someone/company that stands by their word when it comes to the cost of a job and all of the details that make a company trustworthy. We are looking forward to working with them all again in the future with additional home upgrades. We live in Alamogordo, NM. We did a little shopping around (box stores- not my favorite go to). Not satisfied with them, we decided to wait. Then sometime later an American Remodeling Sales Associate came to our door. From Greeley, CO. I think his name was Mike. Great guy easy to talk to. He then set up an appt. with General Manager Tristan Wangaard. Tristan explained the process and answered our questions to satisfaction. American Remodeling beat our other window quote by 6k plus American Remodeling didn't tear up our windowsills. So, we scheduled the job with a Wonderful logistics manager named Reegan. She along with the installers were so accommodating with us. I am a veteran from the first gulf war and have compounded PTSD from my time on the front lines. So, disruption of any kind really triggers it. Gordon and Dan who did the install along with Reegan were so sensative about my condition. And that made the whole experience so pleasant even when circumstances beyond their control to make the 7hour road trips back and forth to Alamogordo. We got to know them like family(I'm sorry for spelling your name wrong Reegan). These Employees of American Remodeling are working really hard to disrupt the households the work on/in. Let's make it as accommodating for them as they do for us. GREAT JOB EVERYONE. The new windows have really tied the house together with the brick siding. Thanks again. I have had American Remodeling do two projects at my home. Four years ago we had all the windows replaced in my house. Since they did such a great job with the windows, I contacted Curtis and had him come out to give us options for new siding. Curtis came out and provided several samples and provided information on their new composite siding they install. Curtis was great. He took preliminary measurements to get an idea of how much material was needed and then had another person come out a couple weeks later to take final measurements. Once material was available, I was contacted and arrangements were made to have it delivered. Approximately one week later, the installer, Steve and his daughter showed up and began the installation. Steve and his daughter were great! While taking down the old siding, they made sure the trash and nails were picked up each day. When installing the new siding, they took their time to make sure pieces were cut properly and installed precisely. At the end of the project, they also made sure my property was clean and back in order. We love how our home looks and would highly recommend using American Remodeling if your looking for new siding. The new composite siding looks great. Looks like a more traditional siding, even though it's a composite. Again, we are very satisfied with how things turned out. Will your review was right on the button. My wife and I had this clown out to our house and when my wife said she did not feel comfortable with his deal. He got angry and said something like well this is not for everybody. I then told him thank you for coming over and asked him to leave my house. He would not leave and continued to go on and on and on. I finally asked him if I could help him carry out his equipment and he was extremely upset. I don't trust a guy that won't look me in the eyes and then he would snicker when he talked. I did walk him out of my house only for him to ask me to get into his car and he wanted me to drive around my neighborhood so he could show me other homes in my neighborhood that he claimed were from his company. Now here is where it gets funny. This fool must had thought I would not go around my neighborhood later and ask about their panels. Well come to find out. Those panels were not even from his company. People do yourself a favor. Stay away from this individual and do not let him in your house I can't believe a company like American Remodeling would let this man run their appointments. Does not say much about the company. If he should get into your home the first thing I would say to him would be please show me references of homes that you have completed. Do not show me around my neighborhood and show me someone else panel. What a joke he is. read more

We worked with American Remodeling, Inc. in 2019 and were more than satisfied with the sales staff, the installed siding product, and installation crew. Consequently, we did not hesitate to use them to do additional work for us in June 2025 to do siding on a shop building as well as soffit and fascia on both the house and shop. Once again, we are satisfied customers Joey Gutierrez, General Manager of Marketing for the Western Region as well as Ron Doss, Field Service Tech did the initial order, measuring, and ordering of materials. The "Steve Poe Crew" did an excellent installation and we were impressed with their efficiency, quality workmanship, and friendliness as they worked many hours each day in our 100 degree heat. It was a pleasure to get to know them and watch them work. The youngest of their team, their 21-year old daughter, has been working with them four years under Steve's guidance. I recently had American Remodeling install windows in my home. They explained the process and set up the work order. The sales presentation was informative but not a hard sales pitch. At the time of order, an estimated installation time was quoted, but they were able to install the windows sooner given the manufacturing completion. Prior to the installation, email instructions were received informing us of the clearance and space requirements necessary for successful installation. The installer called us to confirm the installation date and the work to change out windows in three bathrooms and three bedrooms was completed in one day. Overall, it was a very successful and pleasant experience. The installers were very conscientious and cleaned up well when the job was finished. (P.S. We had American Remodeling install windows once before with equally successful results.) In short, I would gladly do business with them again (but alas, they have replaced all the windows in my house.) Thanks guys! read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with American Remodeling for a home renovation project, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and efficient. We had new windows, siding, and a couple of sliding glass doors replaced, and the transformation was incredible. Not only does our home look amazing, but we've already noticed a difference in temperature control and a decrease in our utility bills. The crew was punctual and kept the workspace clean throughout the entire process. The quality of materials used was top-notch, and the installation was done with precision and care. We bought windows as our windows were not efficient. The salesman was very friendly(john) and showed us a brochure of the windows, we decided to proceed with windows. We were notified when measurements of windows would be done,and told we would also be notified when windows were ready approximately 3 months later the windows were ready.the installer notified us and came to do the windows.from there things just didnt go smoothly,so another installer came out,again issues arose,at this point we were very unhappy,with the situation .After speaking with a representive she assured me she would get things straightened out.The third installer showed up (Gordon and his sons)they reinstalled the windows and wrapped the windows and did a great job,communicated with us on his availability and showed as he stated he would. I had Curtis VanNess come over to replace the ancient windows on the front side of the house. He came over and gave me a quick rundown on everything and quoted me an accurate and reasonable price. He covered all of the financing options as well as all the window options (important because they have to meet code). I can't remember the exact time frame he quoted me for the windows being ready for install but the windows were ready well before which was outstanding! The installers contacted me and we picked the day. They were very professional and courteous. On top of that they were quick and did great work! The windows are fantastic! My roof was a very old discontinued shingle. I was paying out of pocket and so, got several estimates. Joey G. came out, gave a good price and we settled on a date. From the start, communication with Joey and American was top notch. The roof was loaded and the next morning, right on time, the crew arrived. The job was a satisfying mix of communication and execution. A solid crew finished in one long day but I could tell that they didn't cut corners. Then I successfully worked with their gutter and downspout crew to complete the job before the snow flew. After a few days it was apparent the one shingle was funky and it was repaired in one day. Our Home was built in 1959, so our windows were old and needed to be replaced. We replaced 8 windows and a sliding patio door. However, the old windows were nailed with 16 penny nails into the added siding on our home and were very difficult to remove. The French door that we took out was very un-even and they had to build a solid threshold for the new sliding patio door. But they did it perfectly and cleaned up all in less than 2 days. Then I was removing the screen on the patio door and messed up the steel rollers by oiling them, I was going to pay for new rollers, but they said no we will come out and replace them all for free. I am so happy with the quality of their product, customer service and the ease of calling them! read more

I was very impressed with this company. I asked for a quote online and someone reached out immediately and then had someone here at my house (3 hours away) within a week of contacting me. They gave a great presentation and weren't pushy at all but followed up. This was a really easy process then to get windows as everything was done online. There was great communication throughout the waiting period as they built all the custom windows. Then the install was a breeze. They put 7 windows in in around 2 hours. Impressive!! I LOVE my new windows and I'm excited to see how much they will save me money on my heating and cooing as I can already notice a vast difference in my houses ability to hold in heat. read more

American Remodeling has the absolute best salesman, customer service, and installers. Tristan always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. His explanation of the windows and how they work is phenomenal. We had American Remodeling replace all of our 2nd story windows. Travis and Jeremiah got right to work and had the job completed in just a few ours. They were friendly, respectful, efficient, and took great care to protect our furniture and clean up after themselves. They were great to work with! I am pleased with the windows. After speaking to Joey G. I decided to have 13 windows replaced. I had the old aluminum windows that leaked cold air and half of them didn't have screens. I had American Remodeling put in a big bay window last year and was really pleased, so when they knocked on my door this year I signed up for two more windows. I was putting up new curtain brackets and watching it snow outside and thought "wow, they are really thermally efficient!" If you are patient with their installation scheduling, the results are worth it! They have been patient with me about the piecemeal purchasing, which fits my budget. They give you paperwork for taxes and clean up much better than my new roofers or concrete workers. read more

I'm so please with the windows, service men that installed them. I would highly recommend American Remodeling. It was done with care to make sure done correctly. Was walked through about my windows as I now have windows that can opened and cleaned from the inside & not having to go outside and break out the ladder. I'm just super happy with everything. I could not have asked for better. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

Extreme disappointment regarding the quality and installation of the 18 Simonton windows I…read morepurchased from JDI. The overall product quality is unsatisfactory, and the installation was subpar. I continue to experience drafts and excessive noise through all the windows. The amount of noise I receive from planes (I live nowhere near an airport) and cars is crazy; it was never like this with my old builder grade windows. Furthermore, the caulking is very sloppy. The owner said he was ok with the work and threatened to place a lien on my property the day after the windows were installed if I didn't pay, even though I was not satisfied. Following the owner's suggestion, I completed a Home Energy Audit. I have attached a few photos from that audit which clearly demonstrate significant temperature differences. I have also attached videos demonstrating the air leakage using a fog machine.(I can't attach all the pictures and videos I have and would be happy to share) After I called the troubleshooter radio show, the owner sent a crew to insulate three of the windows that I felt were the worst (which helped a little). I was then asked to pay for the insulation of the remaining windows. It is unclear why new windows would be installed without proper spray foam insulation in the first place. Additionally, two of the windows still do not close or lock correctly, even after the sashes were replaced twice. Given my significant investment, this has been a regrettable experience.
