He finally fixed the leaks but overall the experience was negative and I think of how much I regret hiring J&K when I come home and see how the colors clash. It's depressing.

He suggested a patch and seal job would last at least half a decade, which fit our needs, but obviously a full replacement would be a more permanent solution. As we opted for the patch and seal, his team were quick to get the job done, and payment was super easy. Fast forward a few months to early May, when it's been raining nonstop the past few days, and no leaks!
