When I began searching for a company to replace windows and do vinyl siding, I felt like I was…read moreswimming in a sea of muck! How you you find a good contractor? Where do I start looking? Can I trust them with my most valuable possession? And to top it all off, I was just coming off of being sick for a long time. I was stressed to say the least. I starting calling numbers that I could find for local contractors on Google. I didn't want some independent who would take my money and run. I wanted someone who at least had an office and ratings that I could verify. I set appointments with 3 different contractors, to get bids. The first company basically (without putting it in words) told me that my house was not worth their time. Cody Burch with Resolutions came out with one of his foremen and measured and looked around. The house was rough, no doubt, but Cody was sure I would end up loving it when it was done. But I had one more contractor to get a bid from. I can't even remember who the third contractor was but his price close to Resolutions. When I tried to call him back, I didn't get a response (I may have dodged a bullet there). Long story short, I believe the Cody and Resolutions was put here to help me, and they did. My house went from the scary Halloween house with the peeling paint and the nasty siding to a nice, respectable home! The crew was fast, courteous and friendly and I can't sing their praises enough. I have a stack of their business cards, and being in the real estate industry, will recommend them to anyone asking. Bless you all for what you have done. I love my home (though I still have work to do).

This company chose to cold call me on a Saturday afternoon to try to schedule a roof inspection. In my opinion, this is a predatory marketing practice that takes advantage of homeowners immediately after a storm. I understand companies need to find business, but unsolicited sales calls after a weather event are not how I believe reputable contractors should operate. Because of this experience alone, I would never consider hiring this company, and I'm leaving a 1-star review based on their decision to use telemarketing and cold calling.

They were on time and completed the job in one day which included repairing several sheets of plywood that had damage. The plywood damage was a bit more extensive then originally thought but they were still able to complete all the work on time as well has replacing my DISH. Because they discovered issues in my attic they added 2 additional vents to take care of moisture build up in the attic. All of this was done within the price point agreed to. As impressive as the work was the clean up was even more impressive. Not one piece of old roofing was left on the ground. They also were able to remove all of the old roofing nails that had fallen to the ground. They used several large magnets and covered my deck and entire lawn to make sure no metal was left behind. The workers were very respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend Triple A Roofing for any roofing needs.
