The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

At night, when hubby and I are trying to sleep. Just maddening and awful! We tried an HVAC person, who shored up ductwork in the attic. Still, the rattling persisted. And we're losing sleep and cranky. Sean came out and diagnosed the problem on the roof in 2 minutes and had it fixed in no time. We were so grateful! Today is very windy. No rattling in the attic. During the process, the owner and his staff were easy to reach and always returned calls promptly. They recommended upgrades such as impact resistant shingles, ridge caps, etc., and their estimate and final bill were still lower than their competition. Each day of the removal and installation, the crew arrived promptly at a reasonable hour, did a very professional job, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They even took extra time to paint our vent pipes so they blend in with the shingle color. We were very happy with Kessler's customer service and the quality of their work.
