In my opinion, this is a predatory marketing practice that takes advantage of homeowners immediately after a storm. I understand companies need to find business, but unsolicited sales calls after a weather event are not how I believe reputable contractors should operate. The quote was a little confusing but Adrian went over all the details and made it easy to understand. We had some very bad weather causing delays in getting the roof work started but we were kept informed every step of the way. When we finally scheduled a day for the work to begin, the guys showed up early and explained what was going to happen and how they would protect our plants, etc. Because more rain was in the forecast, they sent 10-12 workers who completed the job in about 5 1/2 hours.
