I called about 10 roofing companies Wed. 2/15/23 about 10:30 p.m. that claimed they were emergency repair and nobody could come out, but they could call back the next day! I finally got in touch with Anthony from ARCM Roofing and he didn't hesitate to come out. He drove out while it was snowing. He was out in the cold snow shoveling the snow off the roof at midnight. He kept me informed of the situation and sent pictures to show the situation. He also called and explained the solution. He came back out Friday morning (like he said he would) after the sun came out and dried the roof out so he could complete the fix. Anthony is awesome! Very responsive and professional. Went above and beyond to communicate throughout the process. Excellent job with quick turnaround time. My porch roof had started leaking a small drip last year and I attempted to patch it up, but this year after the latest snow it was leaking all over the place, so it was time to replace. I called Anthony at ARCM that night and he was able to come out the next morning to give me an estimate. While giving the estimate he checked out my roof and let me know the issues he had found, which I really appreciated because I don't want any of those leaks turning into big leaks either. I wanted to get this fixed before the next snow as I was having to shovel off the snow from the roof and it was still leaking like crazy, ruining wood furniture I had on the porch, and threatening to ruin the wood of the porch itself. He was able to get one of his guys to come out on Monday and get the roof repaired and now it looks great! I can tell it's going to last and gives me one less thing to worry about. I had a leaking roof and needed to have someone come out and repair the roof quickly as it was raining. This company had a very fast response and came out very quickly to diagnose the problem and at minimum stop the leaking until the repair could be completed. Upon review they were able to correct the cause of the leak and permanently fix the problem on the spot since it had stopped raining. They came out at 6:00 and had the roof repaired in just about an hour for a very reasonable cost. I was provided photos of the issue and the repair before the bill was paid. The work performed by guys who replaced the roof was acceptable by industry standards, the company management communicated poorly and promised services they didn't deliver. In my case, they greatly inflated their estimate for an insurance claim and then did not provide significant and costly aspects of the work specified in their estimate. read more

This could not have been easier. Their sales representative/ owner stop by after he was refereed to me by my insurance agent and answered my questions and even a few I did not know to ask. He then got on my roof to verify I actually had enough damage to warrant a claim which he said should be thousands more than my deductible as a claim of any amount is a strike, apparently the insurance companies have a central system they consult and the number of claims rather than the amount is what they keep score on. I had pretty sever damage so we filed the claim. Furthermore, as it, I found out, is illegal for a contractor to not collect the deductible, ARCM did me a good deed though by installing a class 4 shingle for no extra charge and this had the pleasant result to cause a significant reduction in my homeowner insurance rate, like 30% less. After that ARCM took over, handled all the paper work and the process could not have been easier. Now I have a great looking performing roof and lower insurance rates. At least where my roof is concerned life could not be better. read more
