The fact that they had to come back three times in a month says a lot about their workmanship. The warranty is still being processed because they refuse to do it and refused to provide photos gosh I wonder why. He says it's defective shingles. I say it's defective workmanship which he will not cover so be careful when he says he's gonna warranty his work because he's not going to. Jack knows full well that the shingles were installed recently in cold weather and will most likely not adhere. His warranty is for five years not for tomorrow and his employees that treated me disrespectfully leaving nails in my driveway hanging up on me not showing up for appointments and it is not closed. I will see Jack in court to make sure he fulfills his warranty promises at minimum five years. Tamco, the shingle manufacturer told me that I was the one who was supposed to file the claim, not Jack The Roofer interfering with my own claim. What kind of crap is that and that's his reason for not upholding his warranty. I definitely would not use this roof forever.
