We had another contractor come in and just botched up my house. Eric and his team came in and showed the utmost respect for our property and did a top notch job in protecting our floors, windows, and railings while they redid our ceiling. Taking every extra step to make sure the job was exceeding our expectations. This was a unique job with soundproofing and fireproofing and he had no issues providing the needed (hard to find) materials. I will only use his company moving forward for all my drywall needs.

A great experience with Padron Drywall. Eric was fast in responding to my request for an estimate…read moreto do extensive drywall repair (and building some add'l partition) throughout our offices after a flood. They started exactly when they said they would, they had a really competent crew who made sure they got the finish as perfect as we needed it to be (we expected a very high-quality result to come up to the standard of our original build-out), and they finished on time. Drywalling is a messy process with a lot of dust created in the sanding process and joint compound ('mud') that winds up in all sorts of places. The area they were working in allowed for more mess to be made since a lot more construction (flooring etc) was going to happen later. I would hope/expect there to be a bit more attn to cleanup or keeping the dust down a bit in a more finished space, so check on that, but in this case it was fine (they did do some cleanup) and they got the job itself done expertly, quickly, and on-budget. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Very reliable and easy to work with.

They were booked about 6 weeks out, so I quickly grabbed the first available in July. The service technician, Jake, arrived about the middle of the 2 hour window. He was courteous and efficient. We appreciated that he took his shoes off without being asked. The ladderless system was impressive to behold. It reached our third floor windows as well. He removed the screens first and pointed out ones that needed repair, as well as window pane condensation. All the windows including the patio screen door were cleaned without streaking. We are enjoying looking through our beautiful clean windows!

Will be persuing small claims court if this guy is still in the state, or perhaps with his supposed wife. Save yourself the hassle.

If…read moreyou own a camper, you know how important it is to have the RV level or otherwise you need to put down leveling blocks under the trailer to make it level. Needless to say the driveway is not level even after I stressed the importance of making it level. Further more, the hot tub pad is way off too as you can see from these pictures. I repeatedly asked them if it would be level... They will tell you they stand behind the work but they wouldn't come back to even look at a drainage issue after they cut corners on. It's 3 months later and the concrete is already cracked too! Don't waste your hard earned money on these guys!

This proved huge for me getting the claim approved for a new roof and finalizing my home purchase. The project supervisor, Ben, was a great communicator. Making sure to let us know when they were showing up and putting my mind at ease that I will get to close on my home. I have to strongly disagree with a review below. The team at Refined Exteriors were nothing but professional. As a female homeowner, I never felt any disrespect and have referred them to many friends and family throughout Denver! Thanks Jon and Ben for helping me get into my dream home. I really feel like without them, I wouldn't have my home!

Deposit paid 8/15/23, initial siding work only took a week, work quality was good and the fellas cleaned up after themselves (they did break a window screen). Then the wheels came off, long delays on soffit material and the new gutters. Weeks went by with NO communication from the Project Manager Ben. I sent multiple texts messages with no response. Finally sent an email to include the original salesman, received a response they would schedule to complete within a week. Another several weeks went by NO communication, I kept pestering because fall was on us and I needed gutters. 2 months and 20 days later the gutters were installed (mid October), still no soffit. More pestering, first week in November the soffit material was finally installed. Then finally on 12/20 the vent was replaced, and this project was complete. Four months in total to have the project completed, NO apology for the amount of time it took to complete this project, NO walk thru of the work, NO follow up on the experience. But the final payment invoice came in timely. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication by this company. Tanya Taylor

Despite multiple walk-throughs with James where he acknowledged the issues my wife and I highlighted they still have not been resolved. James assured us we would have a finished kitchen by Thanksgiving 2024. Instead, his workers were in our home the week before Christmas working until midnight on December 22, returning the next morning to deliver only a barely functional kitchen by Christmas Eve. Even now, hardware is misaligned, a cabinet door is warped, and several trim pieces remain missing. We still have one small outstanding payment, but James has ignored our attempts to contact him for months. He still has not provided an itemized list of costs for our project as requested. It is clear he has no intention of completing the work as promised. As successful professionals running our own independent businesses, we would never tolerate this kind of behavior from our employees. Save yourself the frustration--find another contractor.
