Bryan has helped me out on a few occasions! He's always professional and prompt! I'm grateful to have Hankels contact saved when shit goes south. It's supposed to go north. read more

Fantastic experience! We use him as preventive care once a year. Bryan is always responsive and with a smile.

Bryan is absolutely my go to guy for drain cleaning. He is so exacting. He takes the time to switch blades and completely clear the pipe rather than just running the line through for a short term fix. He is a great example of someone really taking pride in his work. read more

Backed up Sewer and Hankel's came to the rescue. I can't say enough about Bryan and John. Bryan responded so quick and sent John out here in 35 min. What a life saver. John was very professional and informative. He's was quick and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. They will be the first to call every time if I have any clogs. They also don't try to sell you anything else, like all the other guys do. Also I want to add the they are very reasonable on their cost as well. read more

Call this company first! If another company was unable to clear the drain, call Brian next. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I had called them first. Unfortunately the first company didn't clear the line and I believed them when they said it couldn't be done. I started calling around to get quotes to dig up the pipe. It was so stressful I even called a real estate broker because I couldn't afford to replace the sewer. Luckily the agent recommended getting a second opinion and I called Hankel's. They spent a lot of time on it since it was tough to clear but they didn't just give up and charge me like the other company. Their price was completely reasonable. They cleared the line!! Renters had clogged the line with baby wipes and dental floss, ugh. It was a huge relief that the problem was solved. I have a lot of respect for their hard work and honesty. read more

Excellent and quick work. We were required to have a drain cleaning prior to selling our house. This seems to be the new "norm" in real estate. Ugh. Our house is only 8 years old and two of us lived there. That being said, Bryan came over quickly and did a fantastic job. He explained everything very well. He provided a video of the job which we gave to our realtor. In the process, he educated us about drains and sewers. He's a very knowledgable man and has been in the business for many years. Highly recommend! Thank you, Bryan, for a job very well done! read more

Bryan came out the week I called and fixed my kitchen sink/drain. He was professional, friendly, and knows his stuff. I'd recommend Hankel's! read more

Hankel's came out when we first moved in and had a drain backup. Since then, I've had them out for preventive maintenance every year. They are prompt, fast, clean, efficient and value priced. I would highly recommend them when the need comes up, (or your sewer comes up). read more

Bryan has exceptional customer service. I called him again because the dishwasher was possibly leaking. He called me back within an hour and showed up. We ended up having to purchase a new one because it was on the blitz anyways. He is truthful and helpful. He also helped with our toilet and gave us tips. I will recommend him to everyone that needs his services. read more

Needed someone to fix a backed up basement floor drain. Called Brian after seeing so many positive comments on area FB pages about his great customer service and prices. He was able to make an appointment that day and advised me how to prevent the problem in the future. Jon who came to fix the problem did so quickly, explained everything and was great to talk to. Great service, great price. Thank you both! read more

Sink was clogged and the technician came out same day I called. They were fast, professional and cleaned up very well.

Bryan came to check out our main sewer line after we noticed a few issues with it. I left him a voicemail and he got back to me within 24 hours and came out that day to do the job. This was the week after Memorial Day and most other companies were scheduling me a week out, so I appreciated Bryan fitting me in (late on a Friday afternoon too). Bryan and John were professional, friendly, and finished the job quickly. He gave me some helpful tips that helped ease my anxiety about needing to do a full sewer line replacement. His prices were really reasonable too! Bryan is 100% going to be my choice for preventative or emergency drain cleaning in the future. read more

Brian was very professional and following Covid guidelines. He got here in a timely manner and he was in and out in no time. He will be getting all our business in the future for drain cleaning. Very reasonable prices. Thanks Brian! read more

Bryan was the guy to go to! He's professional, honest, knows his stuff and get things done. Very happy to find him.

Bryan's business card says it best: "working on service, not sales." He responded to our call within 24-hours, and resolved our drain issues quickly. Bryan also gave me a lot of great tips about preventative care (he truly wanted to educate me about how to take care of our sewer lines). And as others have pointed out, he's 100% honest, unlike so many of the bigger rooter companies around town. read more

Bryan was very responsive. We were having issues with our kitchen sink and had tried everything without any luck. I called, left a message and with in 10 mins Bryan called back. I described my problem and asked when he was available. 1 hour later Bryan was in our kitchen. Even better, within 30 mins he had fixed our issues and even fixed the plumbing under the sink. As Larry the Cable Guy would say, Bryan is there to 'Git Er Done'! Thanks, Bryan, we will call you again when we need you. read more

Great service for a great price! Bryan came over the same day and unclogged my bathtub and sink. Very knowledgable and informative. When he was done he took the time to explain how to take better care of my drains and what to be aware of to minimize the chance for future clogs. I highly recommend them. read more

Bryan is honest! He saved me over $3K as a company told me by sump pump was done and needed replaced- Bryan removed the toilet paper that had dried to the top of it and WHAM- back in business- then he wouldn't even charge me. Another call to him- it smelled of sewage in my home- I thought it was going to be a busted pipe or something awful, turned out, the P track dried up- Again wouldn't accept payment! Honesty and Trust!! read more

Bryan came to my new house to fix a toilet that had been draining slowly since I moved in. He easily fixed the problem... a library card was stuck in the toilet. He also removed the caulking around the toilet which was badly done and ugly and explained why you don't actually want caulking around the toilet. Then, I had mentioned that my dishwasher wasn't draining so he fixed that too! On top of all of that, he told me what to look for in future drain problems and the price was beyond reasonable. If you are having any drain problems, don't hesitate to call Bryan right away. read more

Bryan was great! I had a challenging clogged drain, that was a little puzzling but he was able to figure it and resolve in no time. No mess, showed up when he said he would (on a Saturday morning!). The charge was as expected and very competitive. He was very professional and knows his stuff. I will definitely tell all my friends about him and keep his number handy. read more

I am pretty terrible about leaving reviews, but had to make the effort for this guy. I had water coming up the drain in my basement and he was able to get me in for service right away even though it was Saturday evening. He was quick and professional, and gave me practical advice about how to avoid problems in the future. The best part was no surcharge for nights/weekends! Excellent experience all around, thank you! read more

Upstairs and downstairs toilets were draining slow and backing up intermittently. Sinks were gurgling during flush. I asked around for a recommendation and a neighbor who was in remodel said 99dollarrooter did a good job for not a lot of money. But reviews on yelp were way mixed. Some people were happy, some were ready to sue. Bryan Hankel's reviews were all outstanding, and he's Broomfield local and independent. So I called. I couldn't be happier with his knowledge, professionalism, work and pricing. First he told me replace a Studer vent, which mostly fixed the gurgling. Then he used a small snake to check the drain pipe and came out with a root ball. He put a camera in and examined the whole line out to the street, showed me a joint between PVC and Cast Iron piping where about a foot of roots had found their way in. Then sharpened and ran the big snake to clear the roots and clean the gunk off the inside of the drain pipes. Finally, he re-ran the camera to show me the 'after' view, clean and smooth all the way to the street. We flushed toilets and ran sinks and he helped me diagram exactly where each connected to the main drain pipe so I now have a map. And he left me with a CD with all the before and after footage. AND he cleaned everything up when he was done. Most carefully and conscientiously. Time? About 3 hours. Cost? $150. I wrote him a check for $250 and probably should have given him more. I will next time. And you should too. My vote is to be generous with this guy, give him referrals, keep him in business, and prosper him. I for one want businessmen like this to deal with. Straight-up, honest, reliable, and fair. He knows his stuff and isn't trying to sell you something you don't need. As he was leaving he also explained my options. Replace the Studer vent, use tree root treatment regularly, snake the line once a year or as needed, and regularly deep water the big maple in the backyard that found the pipe seem. Or tear up the downstairs bathroom, bust concrete and re-plumb the main line to fix that joint. With no guarantees of foiling a persistent tree with any seal known to man. I'll be calling him at the next drain problem. You can too, with confidence. read more

Bryan called me back within 10 minutes and showed up 20 minutes later. Bryan also quoted the services over the phone and didn't charge a penny more. Prompt and professional, I highly recommend Hankel's Drain Cleaning. read more

I seriously cannot recommend Bryan enough. He got back to me within a couple hours and was able to come the next morning to fix my clogged bathroom sink. Bryan came on time, showed me what was wrong, gauntness his work, and charged me the best price. Also, educated me on how to not let this happen again. I know 10 other people that have used his services and they all have recommended him to me before. I now know why. He wont rip you off!!!! read more

If I could give higher than five stars Hankel's Drain Cleaning would get it. I had a company called Rooter Town in earlier that day and they were a joke. I received Bryan's information through a contractor friend. He was fast, extremely professional and fair. As I told Bryan when he was here I wish I had a list of different contractors that you can actually trust because it's so easy to get taken advantage of in the service world. Thank you Bryan. I'd recommend Hankel's Drain Cleaning to anyone. read more

To echo many other reviews here, they worked with me on the phone to understand what was going on and were able to come out within 24 hours. Once here, they helped with the immediate problem and helped educate on how to avoid problems going forward. All for a fee that was more than reasonable. Highest recommendation. read more

They did a great job clearing a blocked drain for us. Great service!!

Bryan was recommended by my plumber. Now he is recommended by me, without reservation. He answered his phone when I first called, and was able to do a service call when I needed it. Not only did he resolve my drain problems quickly, he gave me a tutorial on maintaining the drains, Includng how to access the drains myself next time, if I so choose. I'm in Evergreen and he was happy to come up. read more

Hankel's is great! I'm always a little leery about sewer scopes and cleanouts since it is definitely one of those types of services that is prone to scare tactics to squeeze the customer. Brian shoots it straight and gets the job done for very reasonable rates! read more
